The Akron RubberDucks will rebrand to the Akron Cheese Salads for one night only on Friday, July 11 as part of the RubberDucks created Only in Akron series.

Unique to Akron, the cheese salad is a side dish with lettuce, thick slice of tomato, radishes, black olives and other salad favorites topped with a mountain of shredded mozzarella cheese.

You can purchase the “Cheese Salad” ticket package today and receive a ticket to the July 11 game and an Akron Cheese Salads adjustable hat. The package is $40. Limited number of packages available.

Matt Doherty, the actor best known for his role of Lester Averman in The Mighty Ducks franchise, will be at Canal Park on Saturday, August 9. Tickets are available now for a special pregame VIP meet-and-greet with Doherty that includes a picnic and guaranteed Matt Doherty bobblehead presented by BFG Federal Credit Union.

Only fans that purchase a VIP package will be able to receive an autograph from Doherty at the Saturday, August 9 game.

We look forward to hosting St. Francis de Sales Parish and guests on Sunday, August 10th for a pre-game mass followed by our game against the Chesapeake Baysox. This ticket gets you into the pre-game ceremony and the game. First pitch for the baseball game is at 1:05 PM.
