McCormick Field Bag Policy:
In accordance with McCormick Field security guidelines, fans are only permitted to carry the following bags:
Diaper bags | Medical bags | Small purses, clutches, or wallets no larger than 8.5" x 11" (may include strap or handle)
Absolutely no backpacks, totes, or bags larger than 8.5" x 11" will be allowed.

Tourists Ticket Facts
-There is a $2.00 per ticket convenience fee for tickets purchased online.
*Additional fees apply when purchasing seats in Press Row and the Bojangles Dugout Suites.
-Will-call will not be available for the 2025 season. All tickets must be accessed via your online account manager with options to print at home or use mobile entry.
-Children 5 and under do not require a ticket as long as they do not require a seat. If they need a seat, then they will need a ticket.
-Handicap seating areas are available. To purchase seats in this area please call 828-258-0428 x 3. \These seats cannot be purchased online**
-Please note: No outside bottles, cans, coolers, food or beverages may be brought into McCormick Field.

Give us a ring Monday- Friday from 10am-4pm and we can take care of your order over the phone! We are available to take credit and debit orders at 828-258-0428, and there is no convenience charge for this service.
ORDER ONLINE 24/7
- Mobile Barcodes will be available to scan as you enter McCormick Field on the day of the event.
- Print-At-Home: Print your tickets at home on normal 8.5" x 11" paper. Tickets do not need to be in color, but please bring the entire page.
