ACCESSIBLE SEATING: Accessible seating is reserved for guests with access requirements and their companions. Guests requiring accessible seating may purchase one (1) accessible seat and up to two (2) companion seats adjacent to the accessible seat. Depending upon availability, seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible to the accessible space. SRP Park is committed to working with guests on a case-by-case basis to adequately accommodate individual needs. All ticket sales are based on availability. SRP Park is fully accessible. ALCOHOL: For guests who would like to consume alcoholic beverages, they are available at concession stands throughout SRP Park, as well as portable service stands. Wristbands must be acquired and worn in order to purchase and consume alcohol (SEE WRISTBAND POLICY). All guests will be asked for identification to confirm age. You must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol. Underage guests with alcohol will be ejected and/or reported to law enforcement.
ANNOUNCEMENTS: Guests can submit birthday, anniversary or other special announcements by visiting Guest Services near the Main Gate. A limited number of announcements will be accepted each night and they will be announced between the 3rd and 7th innings. A $10.00 fee is charged for special announcements and guests receive a collector's pin. The GreenJackets reserve the right to edit and/or prohibit any message that is deemed inappropriate.
ATLANTA BRAVES: The Major League parent club of the Augusta GreenJackets is the Atlanta Braves. All GreenJackets players and coaches are under contract with the Braves.
ATM: ATMs are no longer located inside SRP Park as part of the new Cashless Policy. Fans are able to pre-load their game ticket prior to arriving to SRP Park or convert Cash into Loaded Value onto their Game Ticket. To convert cash, please visit one of our designated areas: SRP Park Box Office (prior to entering) and at the Advance Ticket Window inside the Team Store. See "Cashless Policy" for more information.
AUTOGRAPHS: Players can sign autographs before or after the game at their own discretion. Players are not able to sign autographs during the game. We ask that fans arrive early or wait till the game has completed to request an autograph.
BABY CHANGING TABLES: Baby changing tables are located inside all restrooms.
BAG SEARCHES Please review the new Clear Bag Policy that is mandated at SRP Park. All bags and backpacks are subject to search prior to entering SRP Park. This includes diaper bags, camera bags, computer bags, binocular cases and electronic equipment. Purchasing a ticket means you consent to the search. These policies may cause slight delays entering SRP Park.
BALLS IN PLAY: Guests are reminded not to interfere with a ball in play. Guests violating this policy are subject to removal from SRP Park.
BANNERS & SIGNS: All banners and signs brought into SRP Park - including corporate signage - must be approved by GreenJackets Management. Banner locations must not interfere with the game or another guest's view.
BERM SEATING: Tickets for the berm are sold in advance and on the day of the game. Guests with berm tickets are permitted to sit on the grass or on blankets. No chairs are allowed on the Berm.
CAMERAS: Cameras are permitted inside SRP Park. Photography is allowed; however, photographs may not be used or sold commercially without the express written consent of the Augusta GreenJackets. Videotaping of games is permitted only with advance coordination with the GreenJackets and Minor League Baseball. All working media must be credentialed through the GreenJackets Media Relations Department.
CASHLESS PAYMENTS: SRP Park is a cashless facility. Transactions at the concession stands, the Hive Pro Shop, the Augusta University Health Kids Zone, and Parking Decks will be cashless. All major credit and debit cards along with Apple Pay, Google Pay and mobile transactions will be accepted. In the event that you only have cash, fans can convert cash to a Loaded Value on your game ticket at the SRP Park Box Office and the Advance Ticket Window inside the Hive Pro Shop. Loaded Value can be spent at any SRP Park concession stand, merchandise stands, and Kids Zone.
CATERING: The GreenJackets host catered picnics in the hospitality areas. No outside catered food and/or drinks may be brought into SRP Park. Call (803) 349-WINS (9467) for more information on reserving the hospitality areas.
CHILDREN: Guests 4-12 receive a discount on their ticket, to purchase a Child ticket, please call (803) 349-9467 to purchase a Child ticket. Guests ages three and under are free and expect to sit on the lap of a parent or guardian in attendance (no phone orders for infant tickets will be processed online or over the phone). Guests ages four and older are required a regular ticket. (SEE TICKETS). During a GreenJackets home game, all lost children will be taken to Guest Services, located at the Main Gate.
CLEAR BAG POLICY: SRP Park has a Clear Bag Policy. The approved Clear Bags permitted into SRP Park are: Clear Backpacks, 1-Gallon Plastic Freezer Bag, Clutch with Shoulder Strap, Clutch with Wrist Strap (no larger than 4.5" x 6.5"), and Seat Cushions. The non-approved Clear Bags are: Backpacks, Camera Case, Binoculars Case, Diaper Bags, Purses, Tinted Plastic Bag, Printed Pattern Plastic Bag, Oversized Tote Bags, Mesh Bag, and Fanny Packs. Bags used for medical purposes will be subject to searching and label appropriately.
COMPLIMENTARY TICKET VOUCHERS: Complimentary ticket vouchers are only exchangeable in person. Tickets WILL NOT be held via phone orders.
CONCESSIONS: All food and drinks that are served at SRP Park are provided exclusively by the Augusta GreenJackets, and no other food distributor, restaurant, etc. is authorized to distribute or sell food and drinks on SRP Park property without the written permission of the Augusta GreenJackets.

COVID-19: To continue proactive precautions for COVID-19 and other variants, SRP Park encourages those feeling flu-like symptoms, such as a high fever, coughing, and shortness of breath, to not attend any events or GreenJackets Baseball games. Face masks are not mandated in SRP Park.

DISABLED PARKING: Handicapped parking is available in all lots and is on a first come, first served basis. Vehicles are required to display valid government issued handicapped tags. All parking fees apply.
ELEVATOR: SRP Park has two public elevators. One elevator is by the WOW! Club entrance to gain access to the Suites, Press Box, TheMurphyAdvantage.com Lounge and WOW! Club. A second elevator is available for guests to have access to the TaxSlayer Terrace. To facilitate a speedy entry and exit, please have your tickets available.
EMERGENCY EVACUATION: In the event of an emergency, GreenJackets personnel have been trained and instructed to assist guests in evacuating SRP Park.

Fan Code of Conduct: In order to provide a welcoming experience for all, Augusta GreenJackets. Here have implemented a Fan Code of Conduct. Out of respect for fellow guests, players, coaches, and ballpark staff, all guests are prohibited from:
- Trespassing on the playing field at any time;
- Interfering with baseballs that are in play;
- Throwing or tossing objects;
- Using foul, obscene or derogatory language (see below) or gestures;
- Misusing or overconsuming alcohol, including, underage consumption;
- Behaving in a manner that is disruptive, unruly, or abusive;
- Accessing areas of the ballpark without a proper ticket, pass, or credential;
- Misusing tickets, passes, or credentials in any way; or
- Bringing prohibited items into the ballpark.
Derogatory language is defined as offensive language concerning a person’s race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or national origin, and anyone using such language is subject to automatic ejection from the ballpark.
Violations of the Fan Code of Conduct will not be tolerated and may lead to ejection from the ballpark, a ban on attending future games, or other consequences. Guests who are found to have used derogatory language will be ejected from the ballpark.
Guests are encouraged to report violations of the Fan Code of Conduct to the nearest ballpark staff member. This can be done in person, at the nearest Guest Services tent, located at the Main Gate, directly with Ballpark Security, by telling the North Augusta Public Safety Officer(s) onsite, calling the Stadium Security Office at 803-349-9432, or by emailing [email protected].
FIELD ACCESS: Per league rules, only authorized personnel will be permitted on the field before, during or after a game or event. Any guest attempting to enter the field of play without authorization will be removed from the ballpark and subject to criminal prosecution and/or fines.

FOUL BALLS: All guests are asked to stay alert throughout the game for foul balls or broken bats that might leave the playing area. Guests are permitted to keep all foul balls that are hit into the seats, but please be cautious and courteous to others when collecting a foul ball. Guests are prohibited from throwing the balls back onto the field. Violators are subject to an ejection or possible arrest. Any guest that interferes with a ball in play or the game in any way is subject to ejection from the ballpark.
GAME TIMES: Most game times are scheduled for 7:05pm; however, there are games with other start times scheduled. Game times are subject to change without notice.
GATE OPENINGS: Gates normally open 60 minutes prior to the scheduled start time, 90 minutes on Saturdays.
GENERAL ADMISSION / STANDING ROOM ONLY: General Admission / Standing Room Only (SRO) is located along the main concourse, and have no physical chair associated with the ticket. Under no circumstances are guests with General Admission tickets allowed to access reserve seats.
GIVEAWAY POLICY: Distribution of promotional items are for guests in attendance only and are limited to one item per person. Giveaway items are distributed in accordance with the promotion's specified restrictions (i.e. First 1,000 Guests ages 12 & under). The GreenJackets recommend arriving early on promotional giveaway dates. A ticket is NOT a guarantee of a promotional item. All promotion dates, items and distribution are subject to change and/or cancellation.
GROUPS: Groups of 20 or more guests attending a game can take advantage of discount ticket rates. KIDS ZONE: Presented by Wellstar MCG Health, the KidsZone is located beyond centerfield at SRP park. The Wellstar MCG Health KidsZone features the following inflatables: Giant Slide, Bounce House, Speed Pitch, and Obstacle Course. To play, it is $8 for a wristband with unlimited play with the Bounce House, and Giant Slide. Speed Pitch is $3 for 6 throws. Wristband sales end in the middle of the 7th inning. Fans are able to convert cash at one of our designated areas: SRP Park Box Office (prior to entering), the Hive Pro Shop, and at the Advance Ticket Window inside the Team Store. Mobile Wallet and Digital Payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay) are also accepted at the Wellstar MCG Health Kid's Zone.
LASER POINTERS: Laser Pointers are strictly forbidden; any person using a laser pointer inside the stadium will be ejected from the stadium and/or subject to arrest.
LOADED VALUE: Fans are able to pre-load their game ticket prior to arriving to SRP Park or convert Cash into Loaded Value onto their Game Ticket. LOST & FOUND: Lost & Found items are taken to Guest Services, near the Main Gate, during games. During non-game hours, guests may contact the GreenJackets administration office at (803) 349-WINS (9467) to inquire about lost & found items. Unclaimed items are donated to a local charity at the end of the season.
MERCHANDISE: The Hive Pro Shop located at SRP Park is open during all home games starting when gates open until shortly after the game (for guests with game tickets). The team store is open Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. during the offseason. You can also shop online 24/7 at www.hiveproshop.com. NATIONAL ANTHEM: The Augusta GreenJackets conduct auditions during the off-season to register National Anthem performers. Guests interested in auditioning for the National Anthem can contact Catie at [email protected]. National Anthem audition information can be found on our social media channels and website closer to the season. The GreenJackets will utilize only those guests that perform the National Anthem in a dignified, respectful and traditional manner. Bands and Choirs interested in singing the National Anthem as a group can contact our Group Sales Department to book a game. Please reach out to Yari Natal at [email protected]. Games are limited and booked at a first come, first serve basis.
NOISEMAKERS: Musical instruments or any type of noisemakers are not permitted inside SRP Park. Any exceptions will be at the discretion of the Augusta GreenJackets.
NURSING MOTHERS:Nursing mothers have the right to breastfeed babies at SRP Park. For your comfort, please visit the Gold Cross First Aid room, and we will make private accommodations for you in a stress-free, quiet area.
OBJECTS LEAVING THE FIELD OF PLAY: Guests should be on alert that bats and baseballs may leave the field of play. Guests are advised to stay alert at all times.
OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGE: Per Carolina League rules, outside food or beverage, cans, glass bottles or alcohol, coolers, etc. are not permitted inside SRP Park.
PARKING: Parking for Augusta GreenJackets games and SRP Park events is available throughout Riverside Village and Downtown North Augusta. For guests parking in the Blue Lot, E-Z-GO golf cart assistance is provided to and from the lot during GreenJackets games. Click HERE to view a parking map.
PETS: Except for service animals and any scheduled "Pet-Friendly" events, no pets are allowed inside SRP Park.
POLICE: On game days, North Augusta Public Safety is onsite at SRP Park.
PROHIBITED ITEMS: Food, beverages, weapons of any kind (even with a concealed weapons permit), knives, baskets, containers such as cans, glass bottles, coolers and thermoses, lawn chairs, inappropriate clothing, banners or signs that are not in the spirit of the event or that obstruct the view of others, animals other than service animals, laser pointers, compressed air horns, projectiles that can cause injury or disruption of the game or event, fireworks, frisbees, bicycles, in-line skates, scooters, skateboards, hoverboards (balance boards), drugs and outside alcohol are all prohibited at SRP Park. Plus, any additional items deemed unacceptable by GreenJackets management.
RADIO BROADCASTS: All Augusta GreenJackets games are broadcasted live on the free TuneIn Radio App on your smartphone and the MiLB First Pitch App.
RAIN DELAYS: In the event of inclement weather, the Augusta GreenJackets will make every effort to finish the game. The GreenJackets will communicate with guests throughout inclement weather.
RAIN POLICY: In the event that five (5) innings of the game are not played, except when GreenJackets are in the lead at the end of four (4) innings, (details on ticket policy will be available via local media or at the GreenJackets website), the ticket will be good for any of the remaining games in that season (except for fireworks nights) for equal of lesser value, subject to availability, and are non-refundable. If exchanging for a higher priced ticket or a prime date, an upgrade fee may apply. Rain checks are subject to availability and all service charges or differences in value are non-refundable. Rain Check tickets must be redeemed in person at the Box Office. If a rainout ticket is forwarded electronically, the first ticket to be redeemed in person will be honored. Complimentary Tickets may not be exchanged under any circumstances. Season Seat Holders have the right to exchange their unused season tickets for select GreenJackets home games. RE-ENTRY POLICY: SRP Park has a strict NO RE-ENTRY policy. Guests temporarily exiting the ballpark will need to purchase another ticket in order to regain access to the ballpark.
REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES (TICKETS): There are no refunds on any ticket purchases or exchanges for single game tickets. Single game tickets cannot be replaced if lost or destroyed. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Any questions or guest concerns regarding refunds/exchanges, contact a the GreenJackets Box Office Manager at (803) 349-9402.
RIDESHARE: For the commodity and safety or our guests, SRP Park has a Rideshare drop-off and pick-up point located on Railroad Ave in front of the Administrative Office entrance. Any guests taking Uber or Lyft will be directed to this area for transportation.
SCOUT TICKETS: A limited number of scout tickets are available per GreenJackets home games. Scouts picking up tickets will be required proper identification and can pick up tickets at the designated Will Call Window of the SRP Park Box Office.
SEASON TICKETS:Season Tickets for all regular season GreenJackets home games are available through the GreenJackets Ticket Sales department. SECURITY: The Augusta GreenJackets utilize North Augusta Public Safety. If a problem or a situation develops during the game, please contact a GreenJackets staff member, usher, or security personnel immediately.
SERVICE DOGS: Guests with disabilities or with valid reasons approved by GreenJackets management are permitted to bring service dogs into SRP Park. Service dogs must be clearly marked with a vest and the guest must have an ID for the service dog. Please note that no pets/animals are allowed into SRP Park unless they are a service dog.
SMOKING POLICY: There is no smoking or vaping within the seating bowl and concourse of the ballpark. In consideration of all guests, SRP Park has 2 designated smoking areas located on each level of the ballpark. Main Concourse level smoking is allowed in the designated area by left field located next to the Budweiser Back Nine Bar & Lounge. Club level smoking is allowed in the designated area outside of the WOW! Club in the Dalzell Roof Terrace. Smoking includes, but is not limited to cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes and vapor mechanisms.

SPRING TRAINING: The GreenJackets are part of the Atlanta Braves Minor League organization and train in West Villages, Florida.
STROLLERS: Strollers are permitted, but they must be folded up and stored under the seats. Strollers that do not meet these requirements and are unable to fold and fit under a ballpark seat cannot be brought into SRP Park and cannot be checked at Guest Services.

TICKETS: All guests are required a ticket to enter SRP Park. Guests may purchase tickets at the SRP Park Box Office during regular business hours. Box office hours are: Non-Game Days (Monday-Friday: 9am-5pm / Saturday-Sunday: Closed). Game Days (Monday-Friday: 9am-End of Game) / Saturday-Sunday: 10am-End of Game). Tickets may also be purchased online 24 hours a day, seven days a week by going to the GreenJackets official website, www.greenjacketsbaseball.com. Tickets are the property of the Augusta GreenJackets and may not be sold or distributed. Attempted or actual resale or distribution of tickets at any price ("scalping") is prohibited. GreenJackets management reserves the right to confiscate any tickets being sold or distributed.
THROWING OF OBJECTS: There is no throwing of baseballs, tennis balls, victory balls, Frisbees, or playing catch, etc. allowed on the main concourse, inside or outside the stadium.
TOURS: Call (803) 349-WINS (9467) to arrange a tour of SRP Park for your group. Group tours will be conducted on non-game days only and must be pre-arranged. No personal tours will be provided.
UMBRELLAS: Umbrellas are allowed inside the stadium, but they cannot restrict the view of others whether it is raining or sunny.
UPGRADES: If a guest is not satisfied with the location of their seat and they wish to upgrade while at a GreenJackets game, they can visit the Advanced Ticket Sales window located in The Hive Pro Shop. Upgrades are available for an additional fee and based on availability for the game.
VIDEO BOARD MESSAGES: To have a birthday or special message displayed on the Main Videoboard, please fill out a form at SRP Park Guest Services (located on the main concourse) before the 6th inning.
