Augusta Pimento Cheese Recipes

Auggie Burger

Ingredients:

¼ pound hamburger patty
3 oz Palmetto Pimento Cheese
Hamburger bun
2 oz pulled pork
2 oz coleslaw

Prep:

Cook burger to medium well
Topped with Pimento cheese, Pulled pork and then coleslaw

Pimento Cheese Pizza

Ingredients:

One 14” pizza crust
4 oz pizza sauce
4 oz Pimento cheese
3 oz mozzarella cheese

Prep:

Top pizza crust with pizza sauce, then pimento cheese, spreading lightly
Sprinkle mozzarella
Cook at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes

Pimento Cheese Dog

Ingredients:

1 ¼ pound hotdog
3 oz pimento cheese
Hotdog bun

Pimento Cheese Grilled Cheese

Ingredients:

2 slices American cheese
3 oz pimento cheese
2 slices Texas toast

Prep:

Heat a tbls butter in frying pan
Take one piece of white bread, place one slice American cheese, then pimento cheese, the second slice of American cheese
Heat on medium heat for 4-5 minutes then flip
Heat an additional 4 minutes
