Guest Information

Guest Code of Conduct

The Biloxi Shuckers are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests at the ballpark.

Our staff will proactively intervene to support an environment where guests can enjoy the ballpark experience free from unacceptable behavior, including the following:

· Foul/abusive language or obscene gestures

· Intoxication or other signs of impairment related to alcohol consumption

· Displays of affection not appropriate in a public, family setting

· Obscene or indecent clothing

· Any disruption of the game or event, including throwing of objects or trespassing on the playing field or in restricted areas

· Sitting in a location other than the guest's ticketed seat

· Fighting, taunting or making threatening remarks or gestures.

Accessibility

Accessibility Seating: Accessible seating is reserved for guests with access requirements and their companions. Guests requiring accessible seating may purchase one (1) accessible seat and up to three (3) companion seats adjacent to the accessible seat. Depending upon availability, seats for additional guests will be located as close as possible to the accessible space. Shuckers Ballpark is committed to working with guests on a case-by-case basis to adequately accommodate individual needs. All ticket sales are based on availability. Shuckers Ballparkis fully accessible. A ramp is provided at the north (main) gate, and an elevator is located just inside the Sparklight entrance to take patrons to the Suite Level.

Disabled Parking: Handicapped parking is available in all public lots and is on a first come, first served basis. Vehicles are required to display valid government issued handicapped tags. All parking fees apply.

Alcohol

Alcoholic beverages may not be taken out of Shuckers Ballpark. Fans are not allowed to bring in any outside alcoholic beverages either, including coolers, cans or bottles. Guests may be asked to present a valid photo I.D. when purchasing alcoholic beverages.

Beer sales conclude at the end of the seventh inning during home games, and at the end of the fifth inning during the second game of a doubleheader.

Autographs

Fans can request autographs from players alongside the dugouts before and after games only. At any time an usher may ask you to return to your designated seat location. Please be considerate by not inconveniencing guests seated in autograph signing areas.

Banners and Signs

All banners and signs brought into Shuckers Ballpark - including corporate signage - must be approved by Shuckers Management. Banner locations must not interfere with the game or another fan's view.

Bags

Bags, purses and backpacks are allowed inside of Shuckers Ballpark. All bags and backpacks are subject to search.

Cameras

Cameras are permitted inside Shuckers Ballpark. Photography is allowed; however, photographs may not be used or sold commercially without the express written consent of the Biloxi Shuckers. Videotaping of games is permitted only with advance coordination with the Shuckers and Minor League Baseball. All working media must be credentialed through the Shuckers Media Relations Department.

Elevators

An elevator located inside the stadium may be utilized by fans. On the ground level, the elevators doors are located just inside the Sparklight entry. On the concourse level, the doors are located next to the Guest Services table behind home plate. To facilitate a speedy entry and exit, please have your tickets available.

Emergency Services

First Aid: Medical assistance and emergency services are located behind home plate on the concourse.

Security: The Biloxi Shuckers utilize the Biloxi Police Department. If a problem or a situation develops during the game, please contact a Shuckers staff member, usher, or security personnel immediately.

Ushers: Ushers are stationed throughout the ballpark to assist you and enforce ballpark rules and regulations. If someone is interfering with your enjoyment of the game, please contact an usher. Ushers are not permitted to solicit tips from fans; please report any such solicitations to Guest Services. Please treat our ushers with courtesy and respect; by enforcing the rules, they are making the ballpark a safer and more comfortable environment for all our guests.

Foul Ball

All fans are asked to stay alert throughout the game for foul balls or broken bats that might leave the playing area. Guests are permitted to keep all foul balls that are hit into the seats, but please be cautious and courteous to others when collecting a foul ball.

Fans are prohibited from throwing the balls back onto the field. Violators are subject to an ejection or possible arrest.

Balls in Play: Fans are reminded not to interfere with a ball in play. Fans violating this policy are subject to removal from the ballpark.

Guest Services

The Guest Services station is located behind home plate on the concourse. Guest Services representatives can assist you with your ticketing and general facility inquiries.

Lost & Found: Lost & Found items are taken to Guest Services during games. During non-game hours, fans may contact the Shuckers front office at (228) 233-3465 to inquire about lost & found items. Found items are kept for a maximum of two weeks, and then will be donated to a local charity.

New Mothers and Infants

Baby Changing Tables: Baby changing tables are located inside all restrooms.

Children Under 2: Children under the age of 2 do not need a ticket for entry to Shuckers Ballpark.

Nursing Mothers: Nursing mothers have the right to breastfeed babies at the ballpark. For your comfort, please visit Guest Services, and we will make private accommodations for you in a stress-free, quiet area.

Strollers: Strollers are permitted, but they must be folded up and stored under the seats. Strollers that are unable to fold and fit under a ballpark seat must be checked at Guest Services.

Payment

Payment is accepted by credit card in all areas of the ballpark. Fans wishing to use cash can use cash in all areas except for food carts. To use cash at food carts around the ballpark, fans can purchase Shuck Bucks at the Guest Services table located on the concourse.

Pets

Service animals are welcomed at the ballpark. In keeping with U.S. ADA regulations, disabled guests may use a service animal that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the guest. The work or tasks performed by the service animal must be directly related to the guest's disability.

Dogs are permitted inside the ballpark on select nights throughout the season. Outside of 'Pet-Friendly events,' pets are not allowed inside of the ballpark.

Prohibited Items

Guest may not bring the following items to the ballpark;

  • Laser Pointers
  • Lawn Chairs
  • Noisemakers, including musical instruments.
  • Outside food or drinks.
  • Cans, glass bottles, alcohol, coolers, etc.
  • Weapons of any kind

Fans are also prohibited from throwing baseballs, tennis balls or frisbees on the concourse.

Radio

Personal radios and headphones are permitted inside of MGM Park. All Biloxi Shuckers games are broadcast live on 1240AM, 100.9FM and the MiLB First Pitch App.

Re-Entry

Fans temporarily exiting the ballpark will need to have their hand stamped to ensure re-entry.

Smoking

The ballpark is a smoke-free facility. This includes electronic cigarettes or any water vapor type of smoking device. In consideration of all Guests, the Shuckers ask for Guest cooperation. The only designated smoking area is outside the park's North and South Gates.

Umbrellas

Umbrellas are allowed inside the stadium, but they cannot restrict the view of others whether it is raining or sunny.
