To ensure the safety of our fans, players and associates, the following security measures are in place for all events at the ballpark. All persons entering the ballpark will be required to enter through walk-thru metal detectors. You will be required to remove any mobile phones and cameras from your pockets before walking through. Fans may also be wanded by ballpark security if deemed necessary following walk-through.
You will NOT BE PERMITTED to enter the ballpark with the following items: weapons of any kind, including but not limited to firearms and knives, toy guns and knives (including water guns), unmanned aerial vehicles, fireworks, glassware, silverware, flasks, cans, coolers, nets, luggage, backpacks baseball bats, sticks and clubs, laser devices and pointers, skateboards, rollerblades, hoverboards, wheeled shoes, beach balls and other inflatables, airhorns and artificial noise makers, selfie sticks, cakes and gift wrapped packages/presents. Please note containers larger than 16" x 16" x 12" are also not permitted.
No items, including those not permitted by Ballpark Policy, will be stored at the ballpark during events.
Any item, worn or carried in, that can reasonably be deemed as dangerous or could potentially endanger the safety of other guests and ballpark personnel will NOT BE PERMITTED. Also, the wearing of clothing with offensive or objectionable language may result in the refusal of entrance into or ejection from the ballpark.
Please be advised that all bags -clear, storage bags, diaper bags and medical-use bags- are subject to search at any time and the inspector has the right to refuse admittance to anyone who has a bag that is too large to inspect or to anyone who refuses to cooperate with the inspection process. All bags must be stored under the seats during the game. Backpacks are not permitted into Sahlen Field for Bisons games.
The following items will be allowed, as long as they fit within a 16"x16"x12" single-compartment bag.
- One 20 oz. factory-sealed plastic bottle of water per person
- One small juice box per child
- One single-serve portion clear plastic sandwich bag of food per person, measuring no bigger than 6 ½" x 5 ½"
Allowable Items, that may be inspected at any time.
*Please note, for the WYRK Taste of Country Concert on Friday, June 21, Umbrellas, Folding Chairs for the Field, Blankets and Strollers WILL NOT be allowed into Sahlen Field.

PLEASE NOTE: Backpacks are not allowed into Sahlen Field.
In order to provide a welcoming experience for all, the Buffalo Bisons have implemented a Fan Code of Conduct. Out of respect for fellow guests, players, coaches, and ballpark staff, all guests are prohibited from:
- Trespassing on the playing field at any time;
- Interfering with baseballs that are in play;
- Throwing or tossing objects;
- Using foul, obscene or derogatory language (see below) or gestures;
- Misusing or overconsuming alcohol, including, underage consumption;
- Behaving in a manner that is disruptive, unruly, or abusive;
- Accessing areas of the ballpark without a proper ticket, pass, or credential;
- Misusing tickets, passes, or credentials in any way; or
- Bringing prohibited items into the ballpark.
Derogatory language is defined as offensive language concerning a person’s race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or national origin, and anyone using such language is subject to automatic ejection from the ballpark.
Violations of the Fan Code of Conduct will not be tolerated and may lead to ejection from the ballpark, a ban on attending future games, or other consequences. Guests who are found to have used derogatory language will be ejected from the ballpark.
Guests are encouraged to report violations of the Fan Code of Conduct to the nearest ballpark staff member or at Guest Services located on the third base side of the ballpark.
There is no re-entry into the ballpark once a fan has entered the ballpark, unless in the event of an emergency. This includes anyone who wishes to leave the ballpark and the grounds around it to smoke or use tobacco-related products.
