Children three years old and younger do not require a ticket to attend Bisons games at Sahlen Field as long as they don't occupy their own seat. Children four years old and older need game tickets for admission.

Sahlen Field has Accessible Seating in Row W of sections 100-114 as well as sections 123 and 124. In these sections, there are fixed seats as well as spaces next to them for fans. Row V is also an option for fans with movement difficulties as it only requires one step up/down from the walkway of the main concourse.

Unfortunately, if you did not purchase your tickets directly from Bisons.com where your purchase is recorded in our ticketing system, there is no way we can confirm your tickets or access the tickets in question. We also cannot ‘lookup’ any ticket purchase from a confirmation code from any third-party site. If you have any difficulty with tickets purchased from a third-party vendor, you will have to contact their customer service directly. We strongly encourage fans to purchase tickets directly from Bisons.com as that is the only way we can 100% guarantee the authenticity of your ticket purchase (it’s also where you get the absolute best prices!). And watch out, as many third-party ticket websites spend money to appear above our official ticketing website on google searches.

With the lone exception of the surface lot at 64 Exchange St, all the parking lots and ramps surrounding Sahlen Field are independently & privately owned. As is such, the Bisons have no control over the parking policies and prices of those lots.

Sections EE and higher in the alphabet on the 100 level are located under the ballpark's upper deck. Please note, these seats do not guarantee that you will be completely protected from the effects of inclement weather.

There are new, wider green seats in sections 100-120 in rows A up to row HH.

The Green Seats in sections 100-120 are newer modeled seats that are 22" in width. The Red Size are 19" in width.
