Thursday: Bisons return to action with Opening Day at Sahlen Field

It's the greatest holiday in all of sports! Opening Day at Sahlen Field!
The Bisons return to action with game one of an action-packed season in downtown Buffalo when they host the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders, Thursday, April 4 at 2:05 p.m.

It's time to put Winter behind us and welcome in Spring with the return of Bisons baseball! Gates for the 32nd Opening Day at Sahlen Field will open at 1 p.m. and you'll want to arrive early to receive a 2019 Bisons Magnetic Schedule, compliments of Sahlen's. The first 1,000 fans in attendance will also receive a voucher for a free Hot Dog, as we pay tribute to our amazing new ballpark naming rights partner.
First pitch between the Bisons and RailRiders will be at 2:05 p.m., but as usual you'll want to get to your seats by 1:30 p.m. to enjoy all the pre-game festivities. Better yet, make your reservations to check out the all-new 'All-You-Can-Eat' Buffet being offered before every game in the Consumer's Pub at the Park.
