Water Street District to Host Second Party at the Plaza on June 14

DAYTON, Ohio -- Water Street District will again bring extra fun and excitement to Day Air Ballpark on Friday, June 14 with this season’s second “Party at the Plaza.” The celebration gets underway before the Dragons take on the Great Lakes Loons. First pitch is scheduled for 7:05 pm.
Jeff Stevens from Mix 107.7 will host the event, featuring Dragons excitement, food trucks, and a beer truck from Heidelberg Distributing. There will additionally be music from a DJ and entertainment skits with the Green Team. Heater, Gem, and Roofman will also join the party!
Fun for all ages will be present with inflatables, yard games, carnival games, cornhole, and real axe throwing from Axe Backwards Mobile.
Attendees can also enter an exclusive raffle for a premium self-care package featuring a spa treatment from Square One Salon.
Water Street Community members, Winan’s, Square One Salon, Moeller Brew Barn, and Base Camp will additionally be joined by altafiber and Boonshoft Animal Encounters at the event.
The Dragons and Water Street District encourage fans and downtown residents to visit the plaza between 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm to enjoy festivities prior to first pitch.
A third and final “Party at the Plaza” will take place between 5:30 - 7:30 pm on Friday, August 23 before the Dragons face the Cedar Rapids Kernels. First pitch is slated for 7:05 pm. Additional details will be released in the coming weeks.
