Where would we be without our moms? While people everywhere celebrated Mother's Day, teams and players around the Minors made their affection known with pink uniforms, moms honored before the game and even home runs hit in maternal honor.
Because moms always support their kids win or lose, it made for a touching day all around. Here's a look at a few of the special moments across the MiLB landscape.

Single-A Palm Beach made sure to spread the love. The Cardinals' affiliate rounded up several players to deliver sweet messages to their moms and all the women in their families.

Triple-A Sugar Land (Astros) gave some mothers a chance to do something pretty special -- throw out the first pitch to their sons. Not many moms can say that, huh?

Double-A Portland did what many teams in baseball do on this day by donning pink. The Red Sox affiliate did this in honor of both Mother's Day and Breast Cancer Awareness Day.
