High-A Affiliate
The voice of all Emeralds home games, Matt Dompe arrived in Eugene in 2010 after also working for the Lake Elsinore Storm. Dompe has prior experience with the Los Angeles Avengers (Arena Football League) and the Perth Heat (Australian Baseball League). Dompe attended UCLA where he obtained his BA, and later earned his MBA from the University of Oregon.
Alex Stimson has worked for the Emeralds in five different seasons, initially serving as the team’s on-field emcee before transitioning to the radio booth where he currently operates as the team’s road play-by-play broadcaster. A graduate of the University of Oregon, Stimson also can be heard calling games for the Oregon Baseball Team while also working as a director and graphics coordinator for numerous PAC-12 Network broadcasts of Oregon Athletics.
