The game will resume on Wednesday morning at 11:05 am, with the regularly scheduled nine-inning contest to follow.
Wilmington scored two early runs, but a home run from DH KJ Harrison in the fifth inning and run-scoring error after a double from 3B David Masters in the seventh ensured that the P-Nats would live to see another day. RHP Malvin Peña turned in a quality start, allowing only one earned run over 6.0 innings, and RHP Francys Peguero struck out the side in order in his P-Nats debut just before the tarp was pulled on the field.
After the suspended game concludes on Wednesday morning, the regularly scheduled nine-inning game will be played. LHP Carson Teel is set to face off against Blue Rocks LHP
