A ffordable Family Fun - Affordable Family Fun is the motto of Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp owner Ken Babby. Our goal is to create a fun night out at the ballpark for an affordable price that all families can get behind.
Berm - The ballpark features grass berm seating down the left field line and beyond the left field wall. The berm is a perfect spot to lay a blanket down and enjoy the game!
Crying - There is no crying in baseball, but in the event you are injured or unhappy please come to the Guest Services on the main concourse and our staff will do our best to cheer you up!
Dog Days - Jumbo Shrimp fans can bring their pooch in the park with them on select Dog Days at the ballpark.
Entrances - There are three places to enter 121 Financial Ballpark. The Home Plate Gate on the corner of A. Philip Randolph and Adams is the main entrance that has two entries, but you can also enter at the Third Base Gate across from the Arena.
First Aid - The first aid station is located on the first base side of the main concourse. If you have a medical emergency, please notify the nearest fan services representative or Jumbo Shrimp employee.
Giveaways - Every Saturday home game features a free giveaway item to the first 2,000 fans through the gates!
Hats - Get all of your Jumbo Shrimp merchandise, including all four Jumbo Shrimp game hats, at the Souvenir Store, located on the main concourse behind home plate.
Inflatables - In addition to one bouncy house, there is a giant slide, and a pitch zone inflatable!! Each inflatable comes with a nominal fee.
Jacksonville - Where Florida begins is where baseball begins! The city is not only the largest city by area in the nation, but also owns one of the richest baseball histories with professional baseball dating more than 100 years.
Kids' Days - The Jumbo Shrimp offer many great promotions for kids and families including Sundays which feature family catch on the field prior to the game and kids get to run the bases after the game!
Look Out! Foul balls and bats could come flying your way at any time! Keep your eyes open and your head up to keep yourself safe and catch a great souvenir!
Miami Marlins - The Miami Marlins have been the Jumbo Shrimp Major League affiliate since 2009. The then-Suns won the 2009 and 2010 Southern League titles during the first two seasons of the Marlins affiliation. In 2014, the then-Suns won 16 of their final 17 games to claim their sixth Southern League title, while also sending four players to the Marlins.
No Smoking Areas - The main seating bowl and concourses are no smoking areas in 121 Financial Ballpark. Smoking is allowed in the designated areas on the outside of the concourse overlooking Adams St. and A. Philip Randolph Blvd. Smoking areas are marked by red lines on the concourse floor.
Outside food and beverages - Southern League rules prohibit any outside food of beverage entering the Baseball Grounds.
Parties - Your group can have a great time at many different areas of the ballpark. Groups of many sizes can enjoy a night out at the ballpark with catering options and tickets to the game!
Questions - If you have any questions while at the ballpark, please find a Jumbo Shrimp fan service representative. Fan Services representatives can be found in all areas of the ballpark.
Run the Bases - After Sunday games, Kids run the bases on the field at 121 Financial Ballpark!
Southpaw - The Jumbo Shrimp beloved mascot will be at every Jumbo Shrimp game to entertain the young and the young at heart. Your favorite K-9 can also make appearances at company events, birthday parties or any function where you want some added fun!
Ticket Office - The Jumbo Shrimp ticket office is located on the Adams Street side of the 121 Financial Ballpark. Tickets may be purchased in person, online, or over the phone by calling (904)-358-2846.
Ushers - Whether you need to find the closest restroom or assistance in finding your seat, our ushers are here to help, so feel free to ask them questions!
