The Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp aim to create a safe, family, affordable environment where everyone feels welcome and comfortable. In order to create such a place the following regulations have been enacted for VyStar Ballpark.

All guests and belongings are subject to search. Refusal to comply with result on denied entry without refund.

The following items are PROHIBITED at VyStar Ballpark. All items are subject to review and search by stadium personnel prior to entering the ballpark. Additional items not included on this list may be denied at the gates at the discretion of stadium personnel for the safety and experience of all fans visiting VyStar Ballpark.

• Aerosol cans, including but not limited to mace, pepper spray, hairspray and sunscreen

• Animals, except documented service animals or dogs on designated Dog Days

• Cameras professional in nature or with a lens longer than 6" (tripods and monopods not permitted)

• Car seats

• Chairs or Stadium Seats

• Coolers or containers including cans, and unopened bottles

• Hover boards, Cycles or Segways (unless required for mobility purposes)

• Drones

• Fire extinguishers

• Fireworks and flares

• Illegal substances

• Laptop computers

• Laser pointers

• Outside food and beverages, unless accompanied by a medical disclaimer

• Poles, including brooms, staffs or sticks

• Projectiles, including Frisbees

• Signs or clothing offensive or inappropriate in nature

• Skates and skateboards

• Smoking or Vaping, except in designated areas

• Large Golf Umbrellas or Beach Umbrellas

• Video equipment

• Whistles

• Weapons of any kind, including actual, toy or replica items (i.e., knives, guns, explosives)
