Click the (3) dashes in the top right corner and click 'Help me find my account'
ShoreTown Ballpark is a completely cashless facility and utilizes digital ticketing. Below, find a simple guide to ticketing and other cashless experiences around the venue.
Follow the steps below to access your tickets on your mobile device. Please note the the BlueClaws will also accept print-at-home tickets as well.
Step 1
Go to www.ticketreturn.com on your mobile device’s web browser.
Click the (3) dashes in the top right corner and click 'Help me find my account'
Step 2
Enter the email address and password associated with your BlueClaws account and sign in
Tap ‘Forget your password?’ if you are unable to remember your password or have never logged into your TicketReturn account before. The email address you use is the one that you used when ordering.
Select the Sponsor for the tickets you want to access.
Step 3
Select Display Tickets.
Step 4
You will now see your tickets to the game you selected.
Hit Continue.
Step 5
Your Barcode now displays. Bring this screen straight to the gates and our ticket takers will scan.
Then head inside and enjoy the game!
Follow the steps below to transfer your tickets to another fan.
Step 1
Once you have signed in, select Transfer Tickets.
Step 2
Select the tickets that you would like to transfer.
Step 3
Select if you'd like to email or text your tickets, and enter the contact information for your recipient!
The BlueClaws are going cashless around ShoreTown Ballpark!
BlueClaws staff members in the parking lot will accept digital payment for parking. Like in years past, parking is $5 per car.
You can easily access and transfer your tickets using TicketReturn on your mobile device. See above for details and instructions.
Digital transactions will be accepted at all concessions locations around the ballpark, including concession stands, food and drink portables, the Sand Bar, and the Blue Wave Bar.
The Boardwalk, located in centerfield, and the Manasquan Bank Mini Golf Course, located down the right field line, will accept only digital transactions.
“From the outset of the pandemic, this is something that we have been thinking about, but we first wanted to make sure the best plans and protocols were in place to make this a smooth transition for our fans,” said BlueClaws Team President Joe Ricciutti.
“We have spoken with numerous peers in the industry, and all of our vendors and partners and expect this to be a seamless process that makes things even easier and faster for fans as they come to games throughout the summer at ShoreTown Ballpark.”
