ABERDEEN, MD - Sam Aldegheri struck out 10 over five scoreless innings and Otto Kemp drove in the winning run with an 8th inning single as the BlueClaws topped Aberdeen 1-0 at Leidos Field.

The win puts the BlueClaws back at .500 at 9-9, snapping their four game losing streak, while Aberdeen falls to 8-10.
Otto Kemp broke the scoreless tie in the top of the 8th with an RBI single to drive in Emaarion Boyd.
Aldegheri came out after five innings, striking out 10, a new career high. He joins Jean Cabrera (April 6th) as BlueClaws starters with 10 strikeouts in five innings so far in a game this season.
Andrew Walling followed Aldegheri and threw two scoreless innings. Daniel Harper struck out the side in a 1-2-3 bottom of the eighth inning after Kemp's go-ahead RBI single. He stayed in and threw a scoreless ninth to earn his first save of the year.
Justin Crawford went 1-4, extending his hitting streak to 11 games.
The BlueClaws 1-0 win was their first since June 18th last year when they beat Wilmington by that score.
