What time do gates open?
The main gate (East Gate) and LVHN Gate (Centerfield Gate) typically opens one hour and 15 minutes prior to first pitch. The PNC Club gate (West Gate) opens approximately 90 minutes prior to first pitch. Check our online previews and Twitter for updated times.

What is loaded value and where can it be redeemed?
When making a purchase, choose "IronTicket" and receive a field level ticket and concession value redeemable throughout the ballpark for food, beverage and merchandise. IronTickets are perfect for families, groups, gifts and so much more! Please note that loaded value and IronTickets can not be redeemed with outside food vendors located within Coca-Cola Park.

How do I get a message posted on the video board?
To have a birthday or special message displayed on the LED message board located above the bullpens, email [email protected] or fill out a form at Fan Services (located behind section 107 on the main concourse) before the 6th inning. There is a $10 charge with the proceeds going directly to IronPigs Charities, a non-profit organization striving to provide educational and recreational opportunities for children in the Greater Lehigh Valley area. Your special message will be shown sometime during the 8th inning. As a reminder, your message will be shown on the LED message board. Announcements on the main scoreboard (featuring Coke bottle) are for groups of 50+ or individuals who purchased Birthday Party Packages.

What is Coca-Cola Park's rainout policy?
In the event 5 innings of one game are not played, except when the home team is in the lead at the end of 4 1/2 innings, tickets may be exchanged for any 2025 regular season IronPigs home game of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. Positively no cash refunds.

Can I bring my own food or drinks in to Coca-Cola Park?
For the safety of our fans and per facility policy, food, beverages, weapons of any kind, (even with a concealed weapons permit) containers such as coolers or thermoses, lawn chairs, helium balloons, banners or signs that are not in the spirit of the event or that obstruct the view of others, animals other than service animals or Dog Day visitors, compressed air horns are all prohibited at Coca-Cola Park.

How can I throw out a first pitch?
One member of a group attending a Coca-Cola Park hospitality area or any group of 50 or more is eligible to throw out a first pitch for that night's game.

Can I watch batting practice?
On Thursday's during Happy Hour from 5 to 6 p.m. fans have the opportunity to watch batting practice from the TD Bank Plaza.

Where can I find healthy food options at Coca-Cola Park?
All concessions menus feature Capital Blue Cross symbols next to menu items that are part of the Capital BlueCross Healthy Family Fun Menu.

Do you have Gluten Free items at Coca-Cola Park?
