On Wednesday, August 30, 2023, the Lehigh Valley IronPigs raised $21,602.73 for Strike Out Cancer Night at Coca-Cola Park. The money was split between Lehigh Valley Topper Cancer Institute and PC Hope Foundation.

The IronPigs players and coaches wore Strike Out Cancer uniforms that were signed and auctioned off after the game. The game paused midway throughout the game for every player, coach, fan, and worker in attendance to remember those who are currently battling cancer or have lost their life to cancer.

Strike Out Cancer raises awareness and support for cancer patients, their families, and cancer support organizations in the Lehigh Valley.
