Forward Your Mobile Tickets on Desktop
- If you previously accessed your MyTickets account, simply enter the email associated with your account and your password. If you previously accessed your account but forgot your password, simply hit “reset password”. A link will be sent to your email within a few minutes.
- If you have never accessed your account, click “Sign Up” and you will be taken to a separate screen to fill out your information.
- Click on the game for which you would like to forward tickets. You can toggle to different months on the top bar.
- Once you've clicked into your desired game. Click on "View Tickets" to continue to forward.
- Click "Forward" at the bottom of your screen to be able to select tickets
- Choose which tickets you would like to forward. You can select all of the tickets or individual tickets.
- Select "Choose Friend" to find the person you'd like to forward your tickets to
- If you previously forwarded tickets, you will have a list of names and emails on your screen. You can use the “find friend” feature to search through your list of friends already added. If this is a new friend, click add friend.
- When adding a new friend, you will need to fill in their first name, last name and email address. *Please make sure the email address is correct. Entering an incorrect email will cause tickets to not be properly forwarded*
- Click "Create Friend"
- Confirm the name and email of the forwarding recipient are correct one last time and click "Forward Tickets"
- You will receive a confirmation message at the end of the transaction showing the tickets were forwarded. Both you and the recipient will receive emails confirming the forwarding of the tickets.
