Recall Your Mobile Tickets on Desktop
- If you previously accessed your MyTickets account, simply enter the email associated with your account and your password. If you previously accessed your account but forgot your password, simply hit “reset password”. A link will be sent to your email within a few minutes.
- If you have never accessed your account, click “Sign Up” and you will be taken to a separate screen to fill out your information.
- Click on the game for which you would like to recall tickets.
- You can toggle to different months on the top bar.
- You're previously forwarded tickets will be highlighted here. Click the "Recall" button to continue.
- Select the tickets you wish to recall and click "Continue"
- Confirm that this is the ticket you wish to recall and click "Recall Tickets"
- You will receive a confirmation message at the end of the transaction showing the tickets were recalled. Both you and the recipient will receive emails confirming the recalling of the tickets.
