Please fill out this form completely. Completion of this form does not guarantee an appearance. All appearances are subject to approval, and a representative from the River Cats will contact you to finalize the event and confirm Dinger’s appearance if approved.

Requests should be submitted at least three weeks prior to the event date to allow time for scheduling Dinger and accompanying promotional staff. Events are scheduled on a first-come-first-served basis, and River Cats home games take priority. Dinger’s schedule fills up quickly, so get your request in as soon as possible for the best chance of Dinger being able to attend!

The client must provide a location for parking, a source of drinking water, and a secure private room for changing and breaks (bathrooms do NOT count).
