Guests who appear to be under the age of 40 will be required to show approved identification. Only “Bona Fide” identification that is currently valid (not expired), issued by a Government Agency, and containing the following will be accepted: name of the person, photograph, physical description, and date of birth.

No guest will be served more than two alcoholic beverages at any time. Alcoholic beverage sales on the concourse level will be cut off at the first pitch of the eighth inning during a baseball game and at designated times during concerts and other events.

When placing a mobile order, guests will be limited to two alcoholic beverages per order and must be prepared to show ID upon pickup.

Certified service animals are allowed into Sutter Health Park. All other animals are prohibited.

Looking to take your dog to the park? View our promotions calendar for select Bark in the Park game days. (NOTE: Sutter Health Park no longer hosts Wet Nose Wednesdays. Click here for our Bark in the Park game dates.)

SERVICE DOG DEFINITION

According to ADA.GOV, Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities.

Examples of such work or tasks include guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling a wheelchair, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, reminding a person with mental illness to take prescribed medications, calming a person with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) during an anxiety attack, or performing other duties. Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person's disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.

Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), businesses and organizations that serve the public must allow people with disabilities to bring their service animals into all areas of the facility where customers are normally allowed to go. In order to ensure the dogs entering Sutter Health Park are Service Animals according to this law, our Guest Attendants may ask the following two (2) questions:

  • Is the animal required because of a disability?

  • What work or task has the animal been trained to perform?

For additional information on ADA access, please click HERE.
