How do I claim my tickets? When does the opt in open before each game?
You will receive a text when the window to check in is opened. The check-in window starts at 9 am on the first game day of a homestand. You will have an opportunity to check in for all the games in the series and purchase guest tickets & upgrades as well.
Do I get a ticket to each game on the schedule? Are there penalties if I do not opt in?
Annual pass holders are guaranteed a ticket for each game on the schedule from April 29 through September 21. Pass holders that purchase the subscription segment are guaranteed a ticket per game for each segment that they do not opt-out from. There are no penalties for not attending a game, however you do need to confirm your attendance in order to receive a ticket.
Where are my tickets?
Your tickets will be loaded in 3 hours prior to game start and you can find the tickets within your Sacramento River Cats Ticketmaster Account Manager.
How are tickets delivered?
3 hours prior to game start you will receive a text confirming that tickets have been delivered to your Sacramento River Cats Ticketmaster Account Manager.
Where will my tickets be located?
Seats will be General Admission with Sky River Casino Solon Club access (subject to blackout dates). There will be opportunities to upgrade seats to Reserved level seating for select games as well.
Does my pass automatically renew each month?
- Cats Pass (full season): This is a one-time purchase that gets you access to all home games on the schedule starting on April 29th.
- Cats Pass (Subscription): This is a recurring subscription pass that renews, with the ability to cancel during the opt-out period.
How do I opt out of next month if I don't want to continue my Cats Pass (subscription pass only)?
You will receive a text message when the opt-out period for our subscription pass has opened! Log into your Ballpark Pass account, go to Manage Subscription and select cancel. This will confirm that you will not be billed for the subsequent month. The opt out period for each pass are:
Billing cycle 1: May 27 - June 6
Billing cycle 2: July 17-July 27
Can these tickets be transferred or resold?
Cats Pass tickets, as well as seat upgrades and guest passes, are not eligible for transfer or resale. Abusing these guidelines can result in your Cats Pass being revoked.
Can I bring a friend to a game?
Guest tickets & upgrades will be available for select games. If available, guest tickets are available for purchase when you opt into games.
Can I receive a refund if I cannot attend a game?
We do not issue any refunds for games you are not able to attend.
