Accessible Seating
Wheelchair and companion seating is located down the Third Base Line and is available by purchasing an Accessible Seating Ticket. Please reference the Excite Ballpark Map for the location.
Advanced Tickets
Advanced online ticket sales will continue to be encouraged prior to the day of the game. Tickets to upcoming San Jose Giants games at Excite Ballpark can be purchased a number of ways:

Alcohol Sales
Guests are prohibited from bringing alcoholic beverages into the stadium. Guests who appear to be under the age of 30 will be required to show valid identification. No guest will be served more than two alcoholic beverages at any given time. Alcohol sales end at the conclusion of the 7th inning during a baseball game and at designated times during concerts and other events.
Animals
Only certified service dogs or service dogs in training that meet all of the State of California requirements will be allowed into Excite Ballpark. All other animals are prohibited.
ATMs
Two (2) ATM Machines are available at Excite Ballpark. One is located in the Concourse at the Main Entrance and the other by the San Jose Giants Dugout Store.
Autographs
Autographs and player interactions are limited and at the discretion of the player, coach, and/or San Jose Giants staff. Fans must adhere to the San Jose Giants Fan Behavior Policy.

Banners and Signs
Banners or signs may be displayed at Excite Ballpark as long as they do not interfere with the game in progress and they do not obstruct the view of other guests in the area. Banners may not contain political or commercial messages, or display inappropriate words or phrases. The San Jose Giants and Excite Ballpark reserve the right to remove any banners or signs at their discretion.
Bathrooms
Stadium restrooms are located in the main concourse, along the first base side and along the left field side beyond the BBSI Futures Club. Please refer to the Excite Ballpark Map
Batting Practice
Gates open one hour before game time allowing guests to view infield practice for the San Jose Giants and their opponent. Be sure to arrive as soon as the gates open and catch all the pre-game action. Unfortunately, San Jose Giants batting practice occurs over three hours before the game, well before gates open.

Behavior
San Jose Giants baseball is a family-oriented experience, so we ask that the behavior of our fans be in accordance with this atmosphere. Therefore, the use of disruptive and vulgar language or gestures is prohibited. Furthermore, fans may be asked to leave the ballpark without refund if they are wearing clothing or possess signs with obscene or derogatory words or messages. If your enjoyment of visiting the ballpark is being interrupted by the behavior of another fan, please contact ballpark security, an usher or guest relations staff member so the situation can be corrected immediately.
Beer Packages

Beverages, Bottles and Cans
The San Jose Giants restrictions prohibit the entrance of outside food, beverages, bottles, and cans into its facilities. Exceptions include unopened soft-sided water bottles, empty canteens, baby formula, baby food, and medication or other special needs.

Birthday/Anniversary Video Board Messages
The San Jose Giants can help celebrate a birthday or anniversary by displaying the occasion on our scoreboard during the game. The service is $50 per announcement on the video board. For more information about birthday, anniversary and other celebratory messages please call 408.297.1435 or email [email protected]. Messages must be purchased at least 24 hours prior to the designated game.
Camera and Video Equipment
Guests are welcome to bring still and hand-held video cameras with lenses 9" or smaller into Excite Ballpark as long as the equipment does not interfere with another guest's enjoyment of the game. Guests wishing to use equipment that requires the use of a tri-pod at a fixed position in the stadium must contact the San Jose Giants staff for permission. Any rebroadcast or reproduction of the game or the event without the express written consent of the San Jose Giants is prohibited.
Child Ticket Policy
Children four years of age and under do not need a ticket for entry into Excite Ballpark. However, they must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult or in Bowl Reserved. Children five years of age and older must have a ticket to the game or event.
Code of Conduct
The San Jose Giants are committed to providing our guests with an enjoyable, safe atmosphere. Our staff will proactively intervene to support a family oriented environment where all guests can enjoy the baseball experience free from the following behaviors:
- Foul or abusive language or gestures.
- Intoxication or other signs of impairment.
- Displays of affection not appropriate in a public, family setting.
- Any disruption to the game by guest actions or an unauthorized persons on the playing field.
- Guests seated in a location other than their ticketed seat.
- Smoking or tobacco use.
If someone interferes with your enjoyment of a game, please contact a Guest Services Representative for assistance.

Concessions
Food and Beverage at Excite Ballpark will continue to follow all State and County guidelines regarding food sales. We are also thrilled to welcome back popular food destinations like the Pizza Stand and Third Base Taco Concession Booth.
The San Jose Giants host several fixed and portable concession stands throughout the stadium. These stands feature traditional ballpark favorites such as hot dogs, peanuts, soda and popcorn. In addition to these favorites, there are specialty items such as pizza, barbequed tri-tip, and chicken and rib dinners. The stadium also features a selection of alcoholic beverages, which may be purchased until the end of the 7th inning.
In compliance with State Guidelines, the San Jose Giants will be encouraging cashless transactions at this time.

Any member of the media wishing to obtain credentials to a game must submit a written request on company letterhead to Matt Alongi, Assistant General Manager, via email [email protected] or call 408.380.4507 for more information.
Customer Service
The Excite Credit Union Customer Service Booth is located next to the Main Gate at the front of the stadium. Guest service inquiries, such as stadium announcements and contestant registrations, should be directed to the Customer Service Booth for coordination.

Disabled Guest Service
The Giants strive to foster an environment that accommodates the needs of our disabled guests. There are a limited number of on-site disabled parking spots which are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have questions about our disabled parking, please call 408.297.1435. There is a drop-off zone located at the main gate to Excite Ballpark on East Alma Avenue.

Exit and Re-entry
Guests may exit the ballpark at any time; children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Guests may only re-enter the stadium after obtaining a re-entry stamp from an attendant located near the main gate. On bobblehead giveaway days, guests may only re-enter the stadium after first pitch of the game is thrown.
Family Fun Zone
The Family Fun Zone is the perfect place for kids and kids at heart. Located by the Main Entrance of the stadium, the Family Fun Zone features baseball inspired activities for everyone. Tickets are available for purchase at the Excite Credit Union Customer Service Booth. For unlimited Fun Zone access, join the Gigante's Kids Club.
Fan Behavior Policies
The San Jose Giants are committed to creating a family-friendly and welcoming environment at the ballpark for all guests. As part of that commitment, we have adopted this written policy addressing fan behavior. The policy includes a Fan Code of Conduct, which is fan-facing and describes how fans are expected to behave.

Cards and letters to players and personnel can be sent to: San Jose Giants, Attn: Player's Name, PO Box 21727, San Jose, CA 95151.
Please be advised that items sent through the mail to be signed are done so at your own risk. Though reasonable precautions will be taken, the players, management and staff are not responsible if an item is not returned.
Field Access
In accordance with California League rules, only authorized personnel with proper credentials will be permitted on the field before, during, or after a game or event. Any unauthorized person who travels onto the field will be removed from Excite Ballpark and subject to arrest and prosecution.
Fireworks
The San Jose Giants will once again light up the skies during the 2025 season. Fireworks take place several minutes after these select games. Click HERE for more details.
First Aid
The First Aid Station is located behind Home Plate in Section D. If first aid assistance is needed, please go to the First Aid Station or contact the nearest Guest Service Representative.
Foul Balls and Home Runs
Guests may keep any balls hit into the stands. Batted balls can be dangerous, so we ask guests to stay alert at all times. When attempting to catch a foul or home run ball please do not interfere with the game in progress and be respectful of other guests. At no time should a foul or home run ball be thrown back on the field. Guests who fail to adhere to these rules face immediate ejection from the ballpark and will be subject to arrest and prosecution.

Gate Times
Gates open one hour prior to the start of each game. Season Ticket Holders receive 15-minute early access before gates open to the public.
Giants Dugout Store
The San Jose Giants Dugout Store is the official team store of the San Jose Giants. The Dugout Store is located along the Third Base Side. The Dugout Store Express is located at the front of the stadium at the Excite Credit Union Customer Service Booth. Fans can also shop online 24/7 at SJGiants.com/Shop.
Giants & Sirious Baseball Summer Camps

Hoverboards
Due to safety issues, hoverboards are prohibited in Excite Ballpark.

Internet Access
Free Internet access is available to any fan that brings a smart phone, laptop, tablet, or other Wi-Fi enabled mobile device to the ballpark. The free wireless internet network is SJGiants-Guest and does not require a password.
Junior Giants
Junior Giants, the flagship program of the Giants Community Fund, is a free, non-competitive program serving youth 5-18 years old, both in the inner cities and rural areas in California, Nevada, and Oregon. Kids Club
Gigante's Kids Club membership includes: Fun Zone Season Pass, Kids Club Gift, Kids Club T-Shirt, Invitation to Gigante's Birthday Party and more! Kids Run the Bases
Every Saturday and Sunday, the San Jose Giants invite kids down on to the field to run the bases following the game (Excluding Saturday games with postgame fireworks). Kids enter the field from the first base side and exit the third base side.
Lost and Found
Items found in or around the ballpark during events should be turned into the Excite Credit Union Customer Service Booth located at the front of the stadium. All lost and found items will be tagged and stored for 30 days. Every effort will be made to return the item to its owner. If an item has been stored for 30 days and has not been claimed, it may then be given to charity or otherwise disposed of.
Lost and found items can be picked up at Excite Ballpark during the hours of 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday. All calls and questions regarding lost and found should be made to 408.297.1435 or via email at [email protected].
Lost Children
Every child should be told to contact a San Jose Giants Representative if he or she becomes lost. A lost child should be taken to the Excite Credit Union Customer Service Booth. If you become separated from your child, please contact the nearest Guest Services Representative or go to the Press Box so that an announcement can be made.
Mascot (Gigante)

The San Jose Giants are the Class A affiliate of the San Francisco Giants. Noisemakers
For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, noisemakers of any kind (i.e., air horns, etc.) are prohibited at Excite Ballpark.

Parking
The San Jose Giants have three (3) designated parking lots for the 2025 season:
- San Jose Giants Main Lot - $15 - $20
- San Jose State Golf Lot - $15 - $20
- Happy Hollow K1 Lot (Senter Road) - $10
Parking lots are on a first-come-first-serve basis. Parking staff and signs will be visible at each location dictating when lots become full, directing you to the next available parking lot. Please note that on Friday Night Firework Games, the San Jose Giants Main Lot is reserved for Season Ticket Members with an Excite Ballpark parking pass.
Tailgating in the main lot is allowed 2 hours prior to the game when parking lots open. Spaces are limited and first-come-first-serve. No open flame or coal BBQ's will be allowed. Unfortunately tailgating in the San Jose State Golf Lot and Happy Hollow K1 lot is not allowed per their rules regulations.

Permitted Items
Baby formula, bottles and baby food, Medication or other special needs. Still and video cameras (see *"camera & video equipment"*), Binoculars, Seat cushions, Umbrellas (subject to size restrictions). To enhance public safety, Excite Ballpark enforces a CLEAR BAG ONLY policy. All bags that enter the ballpark must be clear to allow bag checkers to easily see contents inside the bag and avoid touching. Exceptions to this policy will be made for small clutch purses (4.5" x 6.5" w/ single zipper/flap closure) and medically necessary items (including diaper bags).
Pets
Pets are not permitted in the ballpark except for the fans requiring the use of licensed guide/therapy animals.
Police and Security
For the safety of our guests, police are on site during all stadium events. If you have an emergency, please contact the nearest Stadium Representative.
Pregame Clinics (Dippin' Dots)
Kids of all ages can learn the fundamentals of baseball from San Jose Giants players during Dippin' Dots Pregame Clinics at Excite Ballpark. Participants will receive expert instruction from Giants players on their way to the big leagues and can then watch them put their words into action during the game that follows.** Complimentary admission to a Dippin' Dots Pregame Clinic is included with a game ticket**. Programs and Scorecards
Guests may purchase a Program and/or a Scorecard from the program stand at the main entrance to Excite Ballpark. Scorecards are $2 and contain an Insert Sheet with the daily game notes and stats, Bingo Card and a Lucky Number for your chance to win great prizes throughout the game.
Prohibited Items
In the interest of guest safety and enjoyment at Excite Ballpark, management reserves the right to prevent certain items from being brought into Excite Ballpark. The following includes, but is not limited to, items that are not allowed into Excite Ballpark:
Alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs, Food items, Beverages (See "Beverages, Bottles and Cans"), Glass bottles or cans, Ice chests or hard-sided coolers, Chairs, Camera tri-pods (See "Camera and Video Equipment" on page 1), Sticks or clubs (including signs attached to sticks), Fireworks, Bullhorns or other noisemakers, Confetti, Animals (except certified services dogs), Beach balls or other inflatables, Bicycles, Skateboards or roller blades, Squirt guns or super soakers, Laser pointers, Weapons of any kind.
Promotional Items

The number of promotional items distributed is restricted based on the event (e.g., first 1,000 fans or to fans 12 years and under). Please remember that a ticket does not ensure or entitle the holder to a promotional item on that date and that only one item will be given to each eligible person. Public Transportation
From Santa Clara Light Rail Station:
Take the 73 Bus Southbound towards Branham/Snell.
From Tamien Light Rail Station:
25 Bus Eastbound towards Alum Rock Light Rail Station, Exit at Story/Senter Road, Stadium is three blocks South along Senter Road.

Broadcasts begin 20 minutes prior to first pitch with The Giants Pregame Show. The Giants Pregame Show includes an in-depth preview of the upcoming San Jose game, the latest news from around the California League and an exclusive interview from inside the clubhouse with a player or coach.
Stay tuned after the game for The Giants Postgame Show with highlights and analysis, a review of the California League scoreboard and a look ahead to future San Jose Giants games.

Rain Checks
In the event that 4 ½ innings (5 innings if the visitors are ahead) of a game are not played, your ticket stub may be exchanged for a ticket of equal or lesser value, based on availability, to any remaining regular season home game. Exchanges may take place at the stadium ticket office or via mail. Certain sponsor tickets or special offers may be excluded and will be redeemable only for the designated rain date.
Rain Delays
According to Single A West League Rules, the home team is the sole judge of the playing field conditions, prior to the exchange of lineups. The umpire-in-chief shall be the sole judge as to whether and when play shall be suspended during a game because of unsuitable weather conditions or the unfit condition of the playing field; as to whether and when the play shall be resumed after such suspension; and as to whether and when a game shall be terminated after such suspension. The umpire-in-chief shall at all times try to complete a game. His authority to resume play following one or more suspensions shall be absolute and he shall terminate a game only when there appears to be no possibility of completing the ballgame.
Re-entry
Guests may exit the ballpark at any time; children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Guests may only re-enter the stadium after obtaining re-entry stamp from an attendant located near the main gate.
Resale of Tickets
The resale of tickets is strictly prohibited on Excite Ballpark premises.
Restrooms
Stadium restrooms are located in the main concourse, along the first base side and along the left field side beyond the BBSI Futures Club. Please refer to the Excite Ballpark Map.
*Rules at the Game *
No alcohol (this includes non-alcoholic beer and wine) or illegal drugs may be brought into Excite Ballpark. Anyone found drinking under the legal age, using illegal drugs, or breaking any other laws, will be subject to immediate ejection and criminal prosecution. Any guest perceived to be in an intoxicated or impaired state may be denied admission to the park.
Excite Ballpark is a Smoke-Free ballpark. Electronic smoking and smoking by vaporization are included in this "Smoke-Free" designation and are prohibited. Guests who fail to comply with Excite Ballpark's No-Smoking policy may be asked to exit the ballpark.
The Giants are proud of the rich diversity of our fan base who cheer us on at Excite Ballpark. It is in this spirit that we urge all fans to be mindful and respectful of each other. Any fan wearing culturally insensitive attire, using obscene or abusive language, engaging in antisocial conduct offensive to those around them or displaying any other offensive behavior is subject to removal from the ballpark. If you observe a fan acting in this manner, please contact San Jose Giants Customer Service. Please do not take the matter into your own hands.
Guests entering, or attempting to enter, the playing field, or other areas which they are unauthorized to enter, or who throw (or attempt to throw) objects, with the exception of home run balls, in the stands or onto the field, are subject to ejection and prosecution. Fans interfering while a ball is in play are subject to ejection..
Sealed plastic bottles and soft-sided juice containers containing non-alcoholic beverages are allowed in Excite Ballpark. Unsealed plastic bottles and soft-sided containers will be subject to inspection and may be confiscated. Glass and metal cans are not permitted. Alcoholic beverages cannot be brought into the ballpark.
Items intended for sale or trade may not be brought onto Excite Ballpark property, including the main parking lot, without a permit or license.
To enhance public safety, Excite Ballpark enforces a CLEAR BAG ONLY policy. All bags that enter the ballpark must be clear to allow bag checkers to easily see contents inside the bag and avoid touching. Scorecards
Keep track of the game on an official Giants scorecard. Scorecards can be purchased at the program stand at the front of the stadium for just $2 and $1 for Season Ticket Holders. Scorecards also come with a Bingo Sheet and lucky number which provides fans with chances to win great prizes.
Scout Night
Scout Night at Excite Ballpark offers your troop, den or pack a fun, affordable evening filled with lasting memories. Enjoy a pregame parade, watch the night sky light up with postgame fireworks and then camp out in the very same outfield the Giants just played on. The night finishes with a movie on the 36' HD video board. Service Animals
Only certified service dogs or service dogs in training that meet all of the State of California requirements will be allowed into Excite Ballpark. All other animals are prohibited. The only exception to this rule is on pet promotional days such a Pups in the Park.
Smoking
In accordance with San Jose Municipal Code Section 9.44.010 this ballpark is a smoke-free facility. In compliance with California League Rules, E-cigarettes are also disallowed.

Store/Shop
The San Jose Giants Dugout Store is the official team store of the San Jose Giants. The Dugout Store is located along the Third Base Side. The Dugout Store Express is located at the front of the stadium at the Excite Credit Union Customer Service Booth. Fans can also shop online 24/7 at SJGiants.com/Shop.
Strollers
Strollers are allowed into the ballpark. Fold-up strollers should be stored under the seat. Non-folding strollers can be checked at the Excite Credit Union Customer Service Booth.
Tailgating
Tailgating in the main lot is allowed 2 hours prior to the game when parking lots open. Spaces are limited and first-come-first-serve. No open flame or coal BBQ's will be allowed due to Sharks Ice Construction. Unfortunately tailgating in the San Jose State Golf Lot and Happy Hollow K1 lot is not allowed per their rules regulations.
Tickets
Advanced online ticket sales will continue to be encouraged prior to the day of the game. The Excite Ballpark Box Office will be open for ticket sales on game days starting five hours before first pitch and closing 1 1/2 hours after first pitch. On non-game days, the inside Box Office is open Monday-Friday 10 am - 5 pm.
The Excite Ballpark grandstand and group areas have been returned to full capacity seating! Please note that previous year's "General Admission" seating has now been updated to Bowl Reserved tickets. This means that every person entering the ballpark has a ticketed seat location.

Ticket Scalping
The unauthorized resale of tickets in, on or around Excite Ballpark property is not permitted under any circumstance and is prohibited by law. The Giants, and the security will address any such violation appropriately.
Umbrellas
Umbrellas are permitted for Giants games. However, because of patron safety and sight line considerations umbrellas are not allowed to be open in the seating areas or obstruct other guest's views.
Video Board Messages
The service is $50 per announcement on the video board. For more information about birthday, anniversary and other celebratory messages please call 408.297.1435 or email [email protected]. Messages must be purchased at least 24 hours prior to the designated game.
Water Fountains
Water fountains are found in two locations throughout Excite ballpark. The water fountains can be located by the Women's and Men's bathroom in the main concourse.

*Wheelchair Accessible Seating *
Excite Ballpark is wheelchair accessible. The AMR Wheelchair Accessible Seating is located down the Third Base Line next to the BBSI Futures Club. Please refer to the Excite Ballpark Map.
Wi-Fi Network
Free Internet access is available to any fan that brings a smart phone, laptop, tablet, or other Wi-Fi enabled mobile device to the ballpark. The free wireless internet network is SJGiants-Guest and does not require a password.
Will Call
Guests may pick up "Will Call" tickets at the Stadium Box Office. A photo ID is required of anyone picking up tickets at Will Call, and tickets will only be released to the individual named on the envelope.
