Group Ticket Guidelines
General Guidelines
- Provide the final headcount to your San Jose Giants Representative one (1) week prior to the game date. The group balance must be paid at this time as well.
- For spaces with menu selections, please provide those decisions two (2) weeks prior to your game date
- Ask your San Jose Giants Representative for a Group Add-On Menu. The San Jose Giants can customize your experience with exciting add-on options.
- The parking lot opens 3 hours prior to the start of the game. Parking rates vary depending on vehicle size and day.
- The main gate opens 1 hour prior to the start of the game.
- Refunds WILL NOT be given for unused tickets.
