RED Access Member Exchange Privileges

• Can’t go anymore? Exchange your ticket before the game! – Exchange your membership game ticket up until 3 hours before game time for any remaining home game this season. This is the best way to maintain your current seating area, based on availability, and ensure you don’t miss out on the benefits of your seat. Exchanges can be made online through your My Cardinals Ticket account or in person at the Ticket Office. Only tickets in your membership package are eligible for exchanges.
• Miss the game? Keep your missed game tickets and bring them any other night! – Turn in your unused/unscanned lower seating bowl ticket (non all-inclusive) from a past game for a free ticket of equal or lesser value to a remaining home game this season. Members in all-inclusive areas (Coca-Cola Redbird Roost or the SpringNet Champions Club) who miss a game, will receive replacement tickets in the Diamond Box, lower bowl seating area, for any games missed, based on availability. It is always best to exchange in advance, whenever possible, to retain the most benefits of your seat location.

RED Access Bypass Membership Gate

General Admission Access Cards are issued for each seat in your account. By assigning a name to each card, you are granting General Admission access to those individuals to enter any game free of charge. Card holders should enter through the Bypass Gate located at Gate 3 (Trafficway & Sherman Ave) and present identification matching the name on the card. Those entering with a General Admission Access Card will not receive gate giveaway promotional items and may sit in any General Admission seating area.

RED Access Member Discounts

RED Access Member discounts are indicated on the front of your membership card and can be redeemed by showing your General Admission Access Card at any retail, concessions or ticket office location.
