Constellation Field, located in the heart of Sugar Land and Fort Bend County, was opened in 2012 as the home of the Sugar Land Skeeters. It has played host to over 700 Atlantic League games since opening. It also hosted the upstart Constellation Energy League in 2020. As of 2021, it's the official home of the 2017 & 2022 World Champion Houston Astros Triple-A affiliate. Constellation Field set the Atlantic League record for total attendance in 2012, with 465,111 fans. It also set the league’s single-game attendance record on July 4, 2016, with 8,606 fans. It won the Atlantic League Ballpark of the Year in 2012 and ‘18. Outside of baseball, Constellation Field also hosts Sugar Land Holiday Lights, numerous cultural festivals and local high school/collegiate baseball games.
