AFFILIATION: The Sugar Land Space Cowboys are the Triple-A Affiliate of the Houston Astros.
ALCOHOL: Guests are prohibited from bringing alcoholic beverages into or out of Constellation Field. The only alcohol permitted on the premises must be purchased and/or dispensed by authorized servers. Texas State Law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to any person under the age of 21. No one under 21 is permitted to consume alcoholic beverages inside the Constellation Field. No alcoholic beverages will be sold after the 7th inning.
ANIMALS: No animals are permitted with the exception of service dogs with proper documentation or if otherwise noted on our promotional schedule.
ATM MACHINES: Traditional ATMs will not be available - Constellation Field is a cashless facility.
ACCESSIBLE SEATING & PARKING: Constellation Field is completely handicap accessible and exceeds all ADA requirements. Handicap accessible parking is available in Lot A and Lot B for those with government issued placards. Those who do not have a handicap placard but need assistance should contact the Regions Bank Ticket Office in advance of the game to make special arrangements.
Barrier-free seating for wheelchairs along with companion seats is located in numerous areas throughout Constellation Field. Each Skybox is equipped with removable seats to accommodate wheelchair guests on the Skybox balcony. Should you like the seat removed, please contact the Regions Bank Ticket Office to make arrangements.
BABIES/TODDLERS: Children aged three (3) and under are admitted free without a ticket to Space Cowboys games provided the child sits in the lap of an accompanying adult or if seated in the lawn area. If an individual seat is needed for a child, the full price ticket is applicable. Strollers are allowed in the stadium, though when parked they must be kept clear of aisle ways. Please make sure they can be folded up and placed under your seat or ask an usher to assist with a designated storage area. Private breastfeeding areas are available for nursing mothers or breastfeeding is allowed in any public location of Constellation Field. Pre-packaged single serving snacks intended for babies and toddlers are permissible.
BAG POLICY: To provide a safer environment for the public and expedite fan entry into the stadium, the Sugar Land Space Cowboys will not allow large bags nor backpacks into the venue. Bags larger than 16” x 16” x 8” are strictly prohibited. Exceptions include diaper bags, single-compartment drawstring bags, and other bags used for medical reasons if they are within the MLB Bag Size requirements to not exceed 16” x 16” x 8”. This policy applies to all guests. Guests that bring a diaper or medical bag will be required to utilize a bag check lane and may encounter delayed entry. To ensure guest safety, the Sugar Land Space Cowboys reserve the right to refuse admittance of any item deemed hazardous or suspicious. All bags will be searched upon entry.
BAYWAY CADILLAC SOUTHWEST KIDDIE CORRAL: Just beyond the centerfield wall, the Bayway Cadillac Southwest Kiddie Corral provides entertainment options for children of all ages! The Kiddie Corral includes a variety of jungle gym equipment and slides.
BICYCLES: Bicycle parking is available near the front of Constellation Field in Lot A. If additional accommodations are needed due to special circumstances, the Constellation Field staff is happy to facilitate with advanced notice. Bicycles are not permitted inside Constellation Field.
CAMERAS/VIDEO RECORDING: Cameras and video recorders are permitted inside Constellation Field so long as it does not interfere with other fans watching the game and the lens is no larger than eight (8) inches long. However, guests may not reproduce the game without the expressed written consent of the Sugar Land Space Cowboys.
CATERING & CONCESSIONS: In addition to Skybox catering services and the Regions Bank Club gourmet buffet stations, Constellation Field features many local Texas and ballpark favorites that will make your mouth water from the second you step through the gate!
Our concession stands do sell food items with common allergens (peanuts, dairy, wheat etc.) If you have food allergies, please contact the Front Office to ensure we are able to accommodate your need to restrict contact with any specific allergens. The concession stands offer a wide variety of food ranging from the local flavor. There is something for everyone at the concession stands.
CONDUCT & LANGUAGE: The Space Cowboys intend to provide our guests with a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable atmosphere. Therefore, Constellation Field has established the following rules for expected guest conduct. Guests appearing impaired / intoxicated will be ejected from the park. Guests who enter the playing field or interfere with the play of a game will be ejected from the ballpark and are subject to arrest. Guests interfering with another guest’s ability to enjoy the game are subject to be re-located within the stadium or subject to ejection. Guests shall not direct any abusive language or behavior towards players, coaches, umpires, or other spectators. Should Skybox guests create a disturbance or cause objects to be thrown or dropped from the Skybox, the Club shall have the right to eject the parties responsible for such action, or all the persons in the Skybox, from the confines of Constellation Field. Management reserves the right to remove those individuals using abusive language from the stadium at their discretion.
COSTUMES/COSTUME MASKS: Costumes/Costume masks are not allowed at Constellation Field. Sugar Land Space Cowboys management reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove/eject any individual in a costume/costume mask.

DONATION REQUESTS: The Space Cowboys support in-kind donation requests submitted by qualifying for nonprofit organizations with 501c3 tax status. NOTE: All donation requests must be made at least six (6) weeks prior to your event. Donation request forms can be submitted HERE.
ELEVATORS: Our elevator to the Regions Bank Club/Skyboxes is located in the main lobby situated next to the Regions Bank Ticket Office. Our main lobby may also be accessed through the door directly to the right of our Guest Services Center.
FIELD DIMENSIONS: The field dimensions at Constellation Field are 325 feet to the left field foul pole, 405 feet to the center field wall, and 323 feet to the right field foul pole.
FIRST AID STATION: First Aid is located on behind Section 11 on the first base side inside the breezeway. Please report all injuries, accidents or any illnesses requiring assistance at this location, and do not leave the stadium without reporting injuries.
FOUL BALLS: Please stay alert at all times during play as bats and balls may enter the stands. Guests are welcome to keep any ball thrown or hit into the stands, but you may not, under any circumstances, interfere with a ball that is in play by leaning over the box seat railing or outfield wall. Violators will be subject to ejection from the park. Baseball bats that enter the stands must be returned to an usher.
GATES OPEN / VIP ENTRANCE: Gates at Constellation Field open one (1) hour before the scheduled game time and 1 hour 30 minutes (90 minutes) before the scheduled game time on giveaway dates unless otherwise noted.
GRASSLAND SEATING: Cheer on the Space Cowboys from the King Ranch Ag & Turf Grassland located just beyond right field! Fans seated in this area are permitted to bring blankets and/or folding lawn chairs to sit on.

GUEST CONDUCT: Customer Safety & Service is the number one objective of the Sugar Land Space Cowboys. The team strives to provide its guests with the most positive baseball experience while in a safe, comfortable environment. To help us achieve our goal of outstanding guest service, we ask for fan cooperation in the following areas:
- Dress appropriately for baseball.
- Respect other guests' ability to enjoy the game. Obnoxious or offensive fans may be asked to leave the ballpark if their behavior is deemed to be offensive to guests around them.
- Refrain from using foul/abusive language and/or making obscene or derogatory gestures.
- Please do not bring balloons, beach balls, nets or laser pointers into Constellation Field. These items are not permitted at any time.
- For the safety of all fans, do not interfere with the progress of the game or go onto the playing field. Any fan interfering with a ball in play or going onto the field will be removed from the park and could be subject to arrest.
- Please sit in your assigned seat and be prepared to show your ticket to an usher or ballpark supervisor upon request.
- Derogatory language, whether spoken or written, regarding any matter including but not limited to race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual preference, or national origin is prohibited. Vulgar, profane, threatening, bullying, abusive, or offensive language is similarly prohibited.
The Sugar Land Space Cowboys maintain a policy of zero tolerance regarding any violation of the Guest Code of Conduct. Any guest who violates the Code of Conduct will be subject to immediate ejection as well as possible arrest and prosecution.

GUEST SERVICES CENTER: To make your visit to Constellation Field as pleasant as possible, the Guest Services Center is located on the main concourse above Section 16. A concierge is also located on the Skybox level behind home plate. A Space Cowboys representative will be available at all times to offer 110% customer service.
LOST CHILDREN: Should you lose your child (or if your children lose you) during the game, immediately contact the nearest usher, the Guest Services Center or the Skybox Level Concierge.
LOST & FOUND: Lost and found is located at the Guest Services Center on the main concourse. If you have lost an item at the stadium, please call 281-240-4487 to report the missing item or pick up the item during normal business hours.
MEDIA CREDENTIALS / INFORMATION: Credentials will only be issued to credible media organizations and must be requested through the Space Cowboys Media Department. METAL DETECTORS: In accordance with Major League Baseball's guidelines to ensure fan safety, walk through metal detectors will be used at all gates to facilitate and expedite entry to Constellation Field. Fan safety is a top priority for the Sugar Land Space Cowboys. NON-STADIUM FOOD & DRINK: No bottles, cans, food, beverages or containers may be brought into Constellation Field with the exception of one (1) sealed plastic bottle of non-flavored water no larger than 16 oz. per person. For safety reasons, all glass containers are prohibited on all Skybox level balconies.
PAGING: The public address system at Constellation Field will be used for paging in extreme cases only. Those needing this service should report to the Guest Services Center located on the main concourse behind Section 16.
PARKING: Parking for all Space Cowboys games at Constellation Field is $5 per vehicle when purchased in advance of game day, and $10 per vehicle on game days. Constellation Field features two parking areas with accommodation of over 2,000 parking spaces. Both Lot A and B have accommodations for state issued handicap permits. Lot A is best accessed using Texas State Highway 6, exiting at Imperial Boulevard then connecting at Stadium Drive.
Lot B, located just over Oyster Creek and connected by a pedestrian footbridge, provides ample parking for all other fans attending the game. Lot B is best accessed using State Highway 6.

PUBLIC ADDRESS & VIDEO BOARD ANNOUNCEMENTS: All requests for public address and video board announcements may be made by filling out our online form (form will be available closer to the start of the season). Please note that all requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of desired game. A $50 fee will apply to messages displayed on our video board.
PLAYBILLS: Playbills are complimentary to guests and can be found at the playbill stand inside the Main Gate, in Skyboxes and at the Skybox Level concierge desk. The playbill contains a scorecard, Space Cowboys roster and player highlights, feature stories and information on the ballpark. Multiple editions of the playbill are printed each season, with updated team information and stories for the fans.
POLICE: For the safety of our guests, police are on site at every Space Cowboys game. If you have an emergency requiring police assistance, please contact the nearest Space Cowboys staff member.
PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR: The following actions and behavior are violations of the Guest Code of Conduct and are prohibited:
- Acting in a manner that is unruly, disruptive, and/or illegal.
- Displaying inconsiderate, vulgar, threatening, bullying, abusive, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate behavior toward Space Cowboys staff and/or other guests.
- Using foul/abusive language and/or making obscene or derogatory gestures.
- Displaying obscene, indecent, and/or inappropriate clothing.
- Displaying profane or inflammatory images or language.
- Intentionally placing, dropping, tossing, or hurling any substance or object onto the playing field.
- Interference with the progress of the game.
- Going onto the playing field.
- Interfering with a ball in play.
- Intentionally making physical contact with a sports participant.
- Fighting, taunting, or making threatening gestures.
- Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes.
- Damaging or attempting to damage the stadium and/or its contents or property.
- Possessing or using illegal drugs or abusing prescription drugs.
- Obstructing the view of other guests with excessive standing.
- Sitting or standing on seat backs, standing on seats, or stepping over/on seats.
- Standing or sitting in the walkways, aisles, or ramps.
- Placing cups or other items on walls or ledges.
- Throwing or kicking objects.
PROHIBITED ITEMS: Fans are prohibited from bringing the following items into Constellation Field:
- Aerosol cans
- Alcohol
- Animals (except for service animals)
- Bags larger than 16” x 16” x 8”
- Backpacks (possible exceptions include diaper bags, single-compartment drawstring bags, and other bags used for medical reasons if they are within the MLB Bag Size requirements to not exceed 16” x 16” x 8”)
- Backpacks used as diaper bags will not be permitted into the ballpark.
- Ball retrievers
- Banners or signs larger than 3' x 2'
- Banners must be baseball-related and support teams and players
- The Space Cowboys do not permit signs, posters or banners which are obscene, slanderous or in bad taste.
- Management reserves the right to remove any sign deemed inappropriate.
- Banners may not obstruct the view of other patrons or interfere with the game in any way.
- Banners may not be paraded through any part of the ballpark.
- Banners and/or signs may be displayed between innings only.
- No items are permitted to be affixed to signs
- No signs may be affixed to the ballpark
- Beverages & containers other than factory-sealed plastic water bottles 16oz or less
- Cameras with lenses larger than 8 inches
- Clothing deemed obscene or indecent

- Tripods, bipods, or monopods
- Weapons - including but not limited to firearms, knives, mace
Any item deemed to be inappropriate, hazardous, distasteful, or not supporting of the sport of baseball may be restricted from entry or removed from the stadium at any time.
PROHIBITED LANGUAGE: Derogatory language, whether spoken or written, regarding race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual preference, or national origin is prohibited. Such language, whether directed at fans, players, umpires, or other team members or personnel, is inexcusable, unacceptable, and inconsistent with the spirit of the game of baseball. Vulgar, threatening, bullying, abusive, or offensive language is similarly prohibited. The Sugar Land Space Cowboys maintain a policy of zero tolerance regarding any violation of the Guest Code of Conduct. Any guest who violates the Code of Conduct will be subject to immediate ejection as well as possible arrest and prosecution. PROMOTIONAL ITEMS: On promotional nights with limited quantities, guests with a single ticket entering the game will receive a single item while available.
RAIN: Seeing rain in the forecast? Don’t fret - we assure you we’re monitoring it closely! In the event that a game is delayed/canceled/postponed due to inclement weather, we will immediately update our website and social media as soon as we have information (we promise). Weather can change quickly, so be sure and stay tuned to these channels for any and all updates!
If no further updates are posted, no further changes to game time have been made.
The splash pad will close due to inclement weather, particularly heavy rain and/or lightning. A specific answer as to which areas will be closed or which areas remain open is not possible because varying degrees of inclement weather cause different effects on different areas. The Sugar Land Space Cowboys make every effort to reopen water play features as quickly and safely as possible.
In the event that the game is officially called, you will be able to exchange your ticket to any 2024 regular season game (based on availability, no refunds will be issued). In order to do this, simply hold on to your ticket and bring it to the Regions Ticket Office when you have picked out a new game.
If we call a game after 4 ½ innings (5 if the home team trails), the game is recorded as a complete game and will count as a win or loss for the Space Cowboys. In this situation, no exchanges will be offered.
NOTE: Picnic, party suite, and Regions Bank Club tickets can still be exchanged. However, if we have already served food in these areas, all picnic, party suite, and Regions Bank Club tickets will not include food for the rescheduled games. Since our Skyboxes are all privately owned, all skybox tickets will also be exchanged for field box tickets. We recommend contacting the company who gave you the suite, they may be able to fit you in on a date later in the season.
RE-ENTRY: As part of the Space Cowboys' ongoing commitment to the safety of all fans, there is no re-entry into the ballpark once fans are scanned in.
RECYCLING: Please keep Constellation Field beautiful by placing all trash and debris into trash or recycle containers.
RED DIAMOND SPLASH PAD: The Red Diamond Splash Pad, located between the Bayway Cadillac Southwest Kiddie Corral and the Bud Light Ice House just beyond the center field wall, serves as family-friendly area complete with water features and fountains for young Space Cowboys fans to enjoy throughout the game.
RESTROOMS: In addition to private restrooms located in each Skybox, restrooms are located between the Regions Bank Club and the concierge behind home plate on the Skybox level. Concourse level restrooms are located along the first base concourse, third base concourse, and in centerfield under the Texas-sized video board. While all restrooms are equipped with baby changing stations, family restrooms with baby changing stations are available on the first base, third base and centerfield concourse. The family restroom may be locked and used as a secure nursing station.
SECURITY: Security officers and uniformed personnel are stationed throughout the ballpark during all events. In the case of a security incident, immediately notify a uniformed member of the Space Cowboys staff or a CSC security officer. Uniformed police officers will be on hand before, during and after every Space Cowboys home game to assist in fan, player and staff safety matters.
SMOKING: In consideration of the health and comfort of others, Constellation Field is a smoke-free facility (including both smoking and vaping).
TICKETS: Mobile ticketing has been implemented for all games - tickets may be purchased online under our 'Tickets' tab. The Regions Ticket Office at Constellation Field will function digitally, but will be open to accommodate any ticketing issues. Our Regions Ticket Office is also available at 281-240-4487 or [email protected] for any ticket issues. All fans (with the exception of children aged 3 and under) are required to have a ticket to enter. No exceptions.

TAILGATING: Tailgating is prohibited in all Constellation Field parking lots.

TRYOUTS: The Sugar Land Space Cowboys do not offer open tryouts. All players are assigned to us by the Houston Astros, our parent Major League Club.
UMBRELLAS: Standard size umbrellas are allowed in the stadium for rain events so long as the use of the umbrella does not obstruct the view of another guest trying to watch the game.
VISITING TEAM FANS: Visiting team fans are our guests! Harassment of the visiting team or their fans will not be tolerated and may result in ejection from Constellation Field.
WEAPONS: Weapons of any kind are prohibited inside the stadium. Guests who are found in violation will be subject to removal from the stadium and possible arrest. The only exception is law enforcement personnel in the performance of their official duties.
WILL CALL: The Club will be emphasizing digital delivery of Will Call tickets - however, the Regions Bank Ticket Office will serve as a ticket resolution center prior to first pitch and during games. A valid photo ID must be presented when picking up tickets at the Pick-Up Window, and tickets will only be released to the name the tickets have been left for. Printed tickets are subject to a ticket printing processing fee, or may be delivered digitally free of charge.
