Access your Mobile Tickets
Please make sure you download and transfer to each member of your party his/her individual ticket via mobile smartphone, prior to arriving at George M. Steinbrenner Field.
- Mobile tickets should be downloaded and accessible before proceeding through the security screenings at George M. Steinbrenner Field.
- Transfer mobile tickets to each member of your party prior to arriving at George M. Steinbrenner Field.
- Mobile tickets cannot be transferred after they have been scanned and Guests are inside George M. Steinbrenner Field.
Access Your Mobile Tickets
My Steinbrenner Field Account allows access and management of tickets purchased or received through any email address once you have confirmed ownership of the email account.
Step 1 - Click here to visit the Account Manager Website on your mobile device.
Step 2 - Log in using your "My Steinbrenner Field Account" email and password.
Step 3 - Manage Tickets
Please note the ticket verification QR code will appear 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the game.
If you are still having trouble accessing your mobile tickets on the day of the game, please visit the Steinbrenner Field Ticket Office windows, located next to Team Store and Gate 2. The Steinbrenner Field Ticket Office will open one (1) hour prior to the scheduled start of every home game. Gates open to the stadium 30 minutes prior to the schedule start time, unless otherwise noted for special events.
