The Rattlers saw their five-game winning streak come to an end with the loss.
The Lugnuts (19-13) went out in front with five runs in the top of the second inning.
Lansing tacked on to the lead in the fourth against reliever
Herrera, who walked six in the game, walked Gudiño with the bases loaded in the fifth inning and the Lugnuts had a 10-0 lead.
Wisconsin (13-18) got on the scoreboard in the bottom of the fifth when Gabriel García launched a solo homer with two outs in the frame.
Gudiño got that run back for Lansing with a RBI grounder in the top of the seventh for an 11-1 lead.
García drove in the final run of the game with his third hit of the game, an RBI single in the bottom of the ninth.
The winning streak may have ended at five games, but some of the Rattlers individual streaks continued on Tuesday.
The final game of the series is Wednesday night at Neuroscience Group Field at Fox Cities Stadium.
