Rain Policy

If a game is scheduled to be played on a rainy day, the decision of whether or not to play the game will be made at game time by the umpires and both teams. We will make every attempt to play the game as we have a fantastic Grounds Crew who does their best to ensure the field is in the best possible condition for baseball.

In the event of a rain delay, suspended game or postponement, information will be posted on the home page of our website, as well as on our Facebook and X pages. Otherwise, the game is still on as scheduled.

If a game is rained out, fans can exchange their ticket for any remaining regular season home game for a ticket of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. They do not have to be used for the make-up game. Tickets cannot be refunded. If a game is just delayed, play will continue and tickets cannot be exchanged, unless otherwise announced.

Parking cannot be refunded or exchanged.

For those groups that have a picnic to the game in question, unless the game is cancelled prior to the gates being opened, the food will be served at the originally scheduled time. Should the game be cancelled, the tickets can be redeemed for a future game that would not include the picnic portion.

Exchanging Rain Out Tickets:

Physical rain out tickets can be exchanged at the PNG Field Box Office, Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. or Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Tickets purchased over the phone or via our website / Ticketmaster can be exchanged either in person at the box office or over the phone by calling 814-943-5400.

Tickets can be exchanged either in advance (recommended) or on the day of the game. Please keep in mind, tickets are subject to availability.

Your new tickets will be as close to your original seats as possible. The same seat location cannot be guaranteed.
