Altoona Curve Charities Inaugural Gala

Join us for our inaugural Curve Charities Roaring Twenties Gala presented by Nuts For You and Keller Engineers on Saturday, February 4 at the Jaffa Shrine featuring Curve alumni and former Pittsburgh Pirate, Neil Walker! Walker played for the Curve from 2006-2007 before his MLB debut with the Pirates in 2009. He also played for the Mets, Brewers, Yankees, Marlins and Phillies before retiring in 2021.

We'll also have live music from local party rock band, Shallow 9, as well as a silent auction including sports memorabilia and our white Curve home jerseys. 50/50 and rip tickets will also be available for purchase.

Ticket sales will end on February 3 at 11:59 p.m.

Time: Doors open at 5:30 p.m., event will conclude at 10 p.m.

Price: $100 for two tickets (individual tickets cannot be purchased), includes dinner and beer/wine open bar

Cost: $5,000 (only 1 available)

About Curve Charities

Altoona Curve Charities is a 501(c)(3) organization devoted to supporting local youth programs and organizations that promote exercise, health, activity and education for the betterment of youth and community. Altoona Curve Charities provides support to local organizations for the betterment of Altoona and the surrounding areas.

Altoona Curve Charities will enable the Altoona Curve to support more programs that align with our mission. Charitable contributions of both time and funds will allow for continued expansion of our existing community relations department programs both in Altoona and the surrounding area.
