This season Edgar Snyder & Associates will donate $50 for every base the Altoona Curve steals during each home game to Dreams Go On, a nonprofit which provides therapeutic horseback riding sessions to children and adults with physical, developmental or emotional challenges. For more information on Dreams Go On, please click here.
Parents, if you child has earned the equivalent of an "A" average or attained perfect attendance for the year, they will get to go to a Curve game for FREE! Bring his or her report card and/or perfect attendance certificate to the Curve Box Office and you receive a voucher for a free UPMC Health Plan Home Run Junction ticket. The program is valid for students in grades K through 12.
Once again this season, the Curve will once again be implementing a ticket donation program for full season ticket holders who know in advance that they cannot attend a specific home game. The Take-A-Seat Program is designed to help Curve Season Ticket Holders help others.
Here's how it works. If you know that you will not be able to attend a certain game, or if you just feel like donating game tickets for those less fortunate, simply contact the Curve front office and let us know that you would like to donate your tickets to the Take-A-Seat Program. We'll help you select a charity or organization and you'll simply turn-in your un-used tickets to our office. We'll hold them for your Take-A-Seat guests who will pick them up when they arrive at the ballpark. If you have an organization that you would like to have added to our list, please let us know! Get your copy of this list by visiting the Laurel Eye Clinic Customer Service Booth (located behind homeplate) or by contacting the front office.
