What Happens If The Game Is Rained Out Or Cancelled?

What Is The Difference Between Rain Delay vs. Rain Out

A rain delay is when the game is delayed due to weather, but play is expected to continue later that day/night. Tickets cannot be exchanged in the event of a rain delay.

A rain out/postponement is when the game is not playable due to weather prior to the completion of five innings. When a game is postponed, the game is usually rescheduled into a doubleheader the next time the two teams meet. However, your (tickets) will be good for any regular season game that same season (see Rain Check Ticket Policy below.

Rain Out / Game Cancellation Ticket Policy

In the event five innings of a game are not completed, except when the home team is in the lead at the end of 4 1/2 innings, your ticket will be good for any regular season home game that season and must be exchanged at the Visions Federal Credit Union Starting Gate Box Office for a ticket of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. No refunds will be given.

All ticket exchanges MUST be made at the Visions Federal Credit Union Box Office (Online exchanges are not available). Please note that these exchanges do not have to be made immediately and can be made at the game you select to attend in the future.

If you have a hospitality event at the ballpark, a Rumble Ponies representative will reach out to your group leader with options.

Fans who pay for parking in the main Right Field parking lot for a Rumble Ponies game that gets postponed before first pitch may use their receipt to park for free at a remaining home game.
