Are you looking to lead off your career in the Sporting Industry? As an Assistant you'll work alongside passionate professionals, be at the forefront of game-day action, and help deliver lifetime memories at the ballpark. Assistants will specialize in one department, but gain insight into all of the areas of Minor League Baseball including but not limited to marketing, merchandising, ticketing, sales, operations, event planning, community relations, and much more.

We are seeking energetic and dedicated personnel who can enhance the fan experience for all 69 home games from early April through the middle of September.
