• Is built on the site of the former Steeplechase Park, which was the center of the Coney Island Amusement Industry until it closed in 1964.
• Sits under the last remaining relic of Steeplechase Park, the landmarked Parachute Jump,located just beyond the right field wall. The 262-foot Parachute Jump was moved to Coney Island from the 1939 World’s Fair in Flushing Meadows, Queens.

• Prior to the 2016 season the club removed one of the bleacher sections in right field,replacing it with “The Backyard” for picnic and hospitality functions. The second bleacher section was removed in 2020.
