Age (Tickets)
Children 3 and under do not require a ticket. However, they will not be guaranteed a seat in the ballpark without a ticket and will be considered a lap-sitter.
Alcohol Management
Policy New York State law requires that you must be at least 21 years of age to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages. Upon request, each customer must present valid ID at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any sale. There is a two-beer maximum per ID. Please drink responsibly, and NEVER drink and drive. We have established the following ground rules for alcohol sales to ensure that the enjoyable ballpark experience is not spoiled by the behavior of inappropriate individuals:
1. It is illegal to consume alcoholic beverages on the sidewalks or in the parking lots; anyone doing so will be subject to arrest.
2. Alcoholic beverages and controlled or illegal substances may not be brought into the stadium.
3. Drunk or disorderly fans will be denied admittance to the stadium.
4. Intoxicated or under-aged fans will not be permitted to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages at the ballpark.
5. Drunk or disorderly fans inside the stadium will be ejected and may be subject to arrest.
6. Fans using foul or abusive language will be subject to ejection.
7. Fans interfering with play in any manner, including the throwing of objects onto the field or entering the field, will be subject to arrest.
Animals
Fans are not permitted to bring animals into the stadium, with the exception of guide or service dogs for disabled fans.
Aramark
Aramark operates the food, beverage, and merchandise concessions at Maimonides Park. Aramark can be reached at (718) 266-7741.
Automated Teller Machines (ATM)
There are currently no ATM machines in the ballpark. Credit cards are accepted at all points of sale in the ballpark.

Baby Diaper Changing Stations
Infant diaper changing tables are available in two designated "family" bathrooms on the main concourse level
Backyard
For every Saturday home game, the Cyclones will be offering Backyard Parties. This special package offers two hours of open bar starting 30 minutes before the scheduled first pitch and running for 90 minutes after the scheduled first pitch.
Tickets are in The Backyard - located behind the right field wall. The area is accessible to the rest of the ballpark, including the main concourse. This is a General Admission / Standing Room Only area. While there are some seats in the area (picnic tables / patio furniture) there are no assigned seats in this area. There is an opening in the outfield wall to allow for viewing the game in a small area, but the field is not visible to most of The Backyard.
Bag Policy
Purses, diaper bags that are not backpack-style, tote, drawstring and messenger-style bags THAT DO NOT EXCEED 16 x 16 x 8 are permitted
All backpacks, with the exception of totally clear backpacks with no obscured interior pockets, are prohibited.
Exceptions may be made for backpacks used for ADA / medical reasons. Backpacks provided and backpacks purchased inside the ballpark are permitted that day only.
This is being done to expedite the security screening process entering the ballpark and help ensure the safety of our guests and security staff by limiting contact with personal items.
Baseball Camp
The Cyclones hold a Baseball Camp for kids each summer, with players and coaches conducting exercises and drills. For more information, call 718-449-8497.
Bat Boy/Girl
At present, all bat persons positions are filled.
Batting Practice
Batting practice is typically complete by the time gates open.
Birthday Messages
Fan birthday and anniversary announcements are displayed on the ballpark scoreboard during designated innings of each game. Requests are accepted on the day of the game at the Fan Services Booth on the Concourse level, between sections 7 and 9. The Cyclones will not approve messages that are commercial in nature, or that contain inappropriate language or nicknames, and cannot guarantee that all requests will be honored. You can also submit in advance by going to the Ballpark Menu on our website and selecting Video Board Announcement.
Birthday Parties
Your child can celebrate their special day with a cyclones birthday party at the ballpark! When you bring 10 or more children to the ballpark, each child will receive a hot dog and soda, an ice cream, and best of all, the birthday boy or girl will have "Happy Birthday" sung to them by the entire ballpark, while they stand on the field in between innings! Camera/Video Equipment
Small film or digital still cameras are permitted inside the stadium. However, fans taking pictures will not be permitted to interfere with other fans' enjoyment of the game.
Catering
Aramark can accommodate parties ranging from 30 to 150, on game days in Short Hops & Wine Drives, the Luxury Suites, The Backyard and on the Brooklyn Rooftop. The Aramark catering office will partner with you to coordinate every aspect of your event, from decorations to menu selections, from entertainment needs to itinerary planning. Cell Phones
The use of cell phones is permitted at the stadium, provided such use does not interfere with other guests' enjoyment of the ball game. Please be courteous and refrain from making loud or lengthy calls in the seating areas.
Community Outreach
The Brooklyn Cyclones are committed to involvement in the local community. The team strives to create programs that will enrich the local area, and encourage participation from neighbors - both residents and businesses. The Cyclones also make efforts to contribute to existing community events, adding a unique style, while establishing and maintaining strong community relationships. While Brooklyn may be a part of New York City, the local neighborhoods of the borough have personalities all their own. Each has distinct values and programs, and a special neighborhood pride, which allows the Cyclones to bring a common theme to a wide spectrum of people. Requests for donations, auction items or complimentary tickets for charitable causes must be directed to the Cyclones Community Relations Department. Requests should be sent by mail to Brooklyn Cyclones, Community Relations Department, 1904 Surf Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11224. All requests must be submitted on letterhead at least six weeks prior to the event. The letter must include a contact person's name, phone number and a deadline for response.
Concessions
Great food and drink is available throughout the stadium. Concession stands open at the same time as the gates on game days, and vendors circulate through the stands before and during the game. Specialty kiosk stands serve unique foods and beverages, from kosher foods, to tropical drinks, to gourmet pretzels, and more. No outside food or beverages are allowed inside the ballpark.
Conduct
Cyclones management reserves the right to revoke tickets and refund the money of any person using obscene or abusive language, exhibiting inappropriate behavior, or appearing intoxicated. Fans who enter the playing field are subject to ejection and possible arrest.
Credit Cards
MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover are accepted at the Stadium Ticket Office, the Team Store, and the online store.
Cyclones Cash
If you'd like to give your favorite Cyclones fan the chance to choose their own ideal gift, give them Cyclones Cash. Directions
The Stadium is located in Coney Island, at 1904 Surf Avenue (at the corner of W.17th Street). The ballpark is approx. two-three blocks away from Coney Island landmarks like Nathan's and Gargiulo's restaurants, the Cyclone roller coaster, and the Wonder Wheel. Donations
Requests for donations, auction items or complimentary tickets for charitable causes must be directed to the Cyclones Community Relations Department. Requests should be submitted through our website. All requests must be submitted at least six weeks prior to the event.

Elevators
There are two elevators at the ballpark, stopping at the Main Lobby, the Concourse Level, and the two upper suite levels. The fourth level also contains the Brooklyn Rooftop and the Press Box.

Exchanges
In the event a legal game (4 and ½ innings) is not played due to weather, the rain check portion of your ticket can be exchanged at the Cyclones Ticket Office for a ticket of equal or lesser value, for any remaining regular season home game that season, subject to availability. Exchanges are valid for up to one calendar year and are ONLY valid for games not played due to rain. No refunds will be offered in any event.

The Fan Services Information Booth is located on the Concourse Level of the stadium, behind home plate. At the Fan Services Center, fans can claim giveaways with vouchers, sign up for contests and games, claim prizes, ask questions, give comments, and more. Stop by the Fan Services Center on any game day.
Fan Mail Letters
Fan mail to players can be sent to "Players Name", Brooklyn Cyclones, 1904 Surf Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11224. We recommend that you not send any originals or extremely valuable materials for autographing, as we cannot guarantee their return.

First Aid
Emergency Medical Technicians from Midwood Ambulance are stationed throughout the ballpark. Please report to ushers, security, front office staff, or the Fan Services Center on the Concourse Level, behind home plate, with any emergency needs.
Food
In compliance with league rules, fans are not allowed to bring any coolers, containers, outside food, or beverages into the ballpark.
Foul Balls
Fans are welcome to keep any foul ball hit into the seats. At no time should a foul ball or home run ball be thrown back on the field. Violators are subject to ejection and possible arrest. Any guest interfering with a ball in play will be subject to ejection from the ballpark. Fans should always remain alert to the danger of thrown or batted balls.

The Cyclones regular game times are: Tuesday-Friday at 6:40 pm, Saturday: 6:00 pm Sunday: 2:00 pm All exceptions will be listed on the Game Schedule at www.brooklyncyclones.com. Game times are subject to change.
Group Sales
Groups of 15 or more are eligible for discounts, benefits, and prizes. Group purchases can be made in advance of individual ticket sales, and must be conducted through the Group Sales Department of the Ticket Office. Group Welcomes

Handicapped Access
The Stadium is completely wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair patrons should enter through the Main Lobby, and then take either the tunnel to the Field Level, or the elevator to the Concourse Level, Luxury Suites, and Party Deck. Handicapped Parking
Handicapped parking is available at the ballpark. Upon entering the stadium, ask the attendant at the parking entrance to direct you to the handicapped parking spaces.

Kosher Foods, including hot dogs, pretzels, peanuts, water, and soda are available at the ballpark, at specialty kiosks on the Concourse Level.

Lost Children
Lost children should be escorted to the nearest supervisor, usher, or uniformed security guard. Lost children can also report to, or be taken to the Fan Services Center to request a PA announcement.
Lost and Found
Any found items should be deposited at the Fan Services Center, on the main concourse, behind home plate. The Stadium lost and found is located in the Front Office, adjacent to the Main Lobby. Lost or Stolen Tickets
Fans with lost or stolen ticket problems should call the Ticket Office at (718) 449-8497 in advance of the game(s), or go directly to the Ticket Office on the day of a game.
Luxury Suite
If you are looking for a unique and memorable way to entertain clients, associates, family or friends, then you are looking for a Luxury Suite at the ballpark. The suites provide the comforts of home, with all the sights and sounds that make a night at the ballpark an unforgettable experience. Each suite is equipped with a climate-controlled lounge, table, chairs, couch, refrigerator, countertop, cable television, and two rows of outdoor balcony seating (12 seats). Sandy the Seagull and Pee Wee are the mascots of the Brooklyn Cyclones. The fun-loving Brooklyn birds can be seen throughout the ballpark, and the borough, creating fun and memories for fans of all ages.

The Cyclones Media Guide is prepared by the Media Relations Department for the use of working press, radio and television personnel. It is also available for sale in the Team Store.
Mini Plans

Office Hours
The Cyclones business office is open from 9:30a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Ticket Office opens at 10:00a.m., and closes at 4:30p.m (M-F). On game days, the Ticket Office remains open until one-half hour after the end of the game. Opening times may vary on weekends.

The parking lot at the stadium is operated by Marine Parking. All vehicles entering the parking areas may be subject to search.
Party Deck
The Party Deck provides an ideal setting for a large group. Perched atop the ballpark, the Deck offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the entire borough - from the Manhattan skyline to the Atlantic Ocean - and a bird's eye view of the action on the field. Its open space and festive atmosphere evokes memories of a Brooklyn rooftop. In addition to standing room and picnic tables, the Party Deck also features two rows of fixed balcony seating (39 seats). Picnic Area
Located beyond the right-centerfield wall, the picnic area is available for pre-game parties, to groups of 20 or more who have purchased tickets through our Group Sales Department. Promotional Items/Dates
The Cyclones give away special items at specially designated games. The items may be designated for a specific group (children 14 and under, adults 18 and over, etc.) and in a specific quantity (the first 2,500 fans, the first 5,000 fans, etc.). Gates typically open one hour before game time, and giveaway items are distributed beginning at that time. Please note that a game ticket does not entitle the holder to a promotional item, and that no more than one item will be distributed to each fan.

Retired Numbers Two Brooklyn legends have had their uniform numbers retired. Gil Hodges' number 14 and Jackie Robinson's number 42 are honored on the top level of the ballpark, in front of the Press Box. The numbers will not be worn by any Cyclone, as a tribute to the memory of Hodges and Robinson.

In accordance with NYC rules, tailgating is permitted in the Maimonides Park Parking under the following conditions: a) No open flames of any kind. b) Only one parking space may be used. c) Consumption of alcohol is prohibited. d) Innapropriate or dangerous behavior is not allowed. e) guests shoul bag trash for pick up after the event.
Television and Cable
Cyclones games are not broadcast on TV. However you can stream all home games with an MiLB TV subscription.
Ticket Sales
Ticket plans (Season Tickets, Mini-Plans) and Groups (15 or more) can be purchased by calling the Cyclones Ticket Office at 718-449-8497. Individual Game Tickets can be purchased at the ballpark, or via the website (www.brooklyncyclones.com). Day-of-game sales are also conducted. All day-of-game sales are based on availability. The Cyclones Ticket Office is open Monday-Friday, from 10 am to 4 PM. On game days, the Ticket Office stays open throughout the game, and until one half hour after the conclusion of the game.

Umbrellas of all shapes and sizes are permitted in the ballpark as long as they do not interfere with other fans' enjoyment of the game.
Ushers
Ushers are stationed throughout the ballpark to assist you and enforce ballpark rules and regulations. If someone is interfering with your enjoyment of the game, please contact an usher. Please treat our ushers with courtesy and respect; by enforcing the rules, they are making the ballpark a safer and more comfortable environment for all our guests.

To pick up any of these tickets, go to the Will Call Window, one and a half hours before game time. Fans must show proper photo identification to pick up tickets. Will call orders must be left under the name of the person who will pick them up.
