ADA GUEST SERVICES
For your convenience, there are reserved parking spaces available for properly licensed or tagged vehicles for ADA Guests. There is a designated entrance at the gate for easy access to the stadium. Fully accessible restrooms are available behind each seating section. Wheelchair seating is also available at the top of the seating bowl from first to third base.

Wheelchair and companion seating is offered in specific sections of the ballpark as follows:

Elevator
ADA guests who require the use of an elevator have access to the elevator located inside the Diamond Club.
AFFILIATION
The Midland RockHounds are the Double-A Affiliate of the Athletics.
ALCOHOL POLICIES
The Hounds offer beer and wine coolers. To drink alcohol, one must be 21+ and receive a wristband at the sheriff's station near the front gate. Alcohol sales will stop at the end of the seventh inning or 9:30 pm. For post-game events, alcohol will stop at the end of the eighth inning. Section 2 the top three rows are the stadium non-alcohol section. Only two alcoholic beverages are allowed per person, per purchase. Alcohol is not allowed outside the gates of the stadium.
ASTOUND BROADBAND STADIUM
The Midland Rockhounds have no association with MISD or Astound Broadband Stadium. Football tickets must be purchased from Midland ISD.
ATM
An ATM is located inside the Sidewalk Souvenir Store behind home plate. On business night a portable ATM will be on the concourse outside First Aid Room. The ballpark is cashless with few exceptions.

CAMERA/VIDEO
Cameras are allowed in the stadium. However, there can be no videotaping of the ball game without a video pass.
CASHLESS BALLPARK
As we move toward a safer and more secure experience at the ballpark, we have decided to make Momentum Bank Ballpark a cashless stadium. All major credit cards will be accepted at every point of sale at Momentum Bank Ballpark, including the box office, souvenir store, and concessions.

CLEAR BAG POLICY
In an effort to provide a safer experience and more seamless entry into the stadium, we have instituted a clear bag policy for fans. Only clear bags of a specific size will be allowed to be brought into the stadium. Medical bags and small clutch bags 4.5” X 6.5” may be brought in. COMMUNITY RELATIONS
The RockHounds dedicate countless hours to civic and charitable endeavors each year with the goal of addressing the needs of the community and enhancing the quality of life for citizens in the Permian Basin. Players, coaches, front office personnel, and team mascots give back to the community by participating in autograph sessions, instructional clinics, school visits, hospital visits, charity fundraisers, and speaking engagements. DIAMOND CLUB
The RockHounds Diamond Club, located behind home plate, is a private area for our club and suite holders. Guests can enjoy a buffet on Thursdays and Saturdays only before and during the game. The club opens prior to regular gate openings. Group luncheons and meetings are available Monday-Friday for up to 100 people.
DIAPER BAGS

EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

EXTRA INNINGS RULE
Minor League Baseball announced rule and procedure changes in 2018 aimed at reducing the length of extra innings and mound visits during a game. At all levels, extra innings will begin with a runner on second base. The runner at second base will be the player in the batting order previous to the lead-off batter of the inning. For purposes of calculating earned runs under Rule 9.16, the runner who begins an inning on second base pursuant to this rule shall be deemed to be a runner who has reached second base because of a fielding error, but no error shall be charged to the opposing team or to any player.
FAN CODE OF CONDUCT
Strongly Prohibited:
- Trespassing on the playing field;
- Interfering with baseballs that are in play;
- Throwing objects or tossing objects;
- Using foul or obscene language or gestures;
- Using derogatory language, which is defined as offensive language concerning another person’s race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or national origin;
- Excessive or underage consumption of alcohol;
- Disruptive, unruly, or abusive behavior;
- Accessing areas of the ballpark without a proper ticket, pass, or credential;
- Misusing tickets, passes, or credentials; and
- Bringing prohibited items into the ballpark.
Violations of the Code of Conduct will not be tolerated and may lead to consequences including ejection from the ballpark and a ban on attending future games. Derogatory language will result in ejection.
FAN MAIL/E-MAIL
Letters to all RockHounds players and mascots should be addressed to the appropriate person and sent to 5514 Champions Drive, Midland, TX 79706. Please enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope. Players and coaches do not have e-mail.
FIRST AID
If at some point during the game, you are in need of medical assistance the West Texas Urgent Care First Aid station is located on the concourse behind section 13.
FOUL BALLS
Guests may keep any balls hit or thrown into the stands. All guests should be aware of foul balls and other flying objects leaving the playing field.
FOOTBALL TICKETS
The RockHounds box office does not sell football tickets for games at Astound Broadband Stadium. Tickets must be purchased through Midland ISD. The Midland Rockhounds have no association with MISD or Astound Broadband Stadium.

Game times are listed below by day of the week. All game times are subject to change and there are a handful of exceptions each season. Please make sure to check the season schedule to confirm game times and find game times that might differ from the below schedule.

GATES OPEN
Momentum Bank Ballpark gates open 30 minutes before the first pitch on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday. Gates open one hour prior to Thursday, Friday, and Saturday time unless otherwise advertised.
GIFT SHOP (SIDEWALK SOUVENIRS)
A wide variety of RockHounds souvenirs are available for purchase at our store behind home plate or from a souvenir vendor. Remember on non-game days the Sidewalk Souvenir store is open during regular office hours. Orders can also be placed online.
GIVEAWAY ITEMS
Giveaway nights are scheduled on selected weekend nights. Season ticket holders are guaranteed items through special gates. A limited supply of items is available to walk-up customers. To receive a giveaway item, you must be in attendance no matter how many tickets you possess. Please note purchasing extra tickets to receive extra giveaways is not permitted. On kid’s giveaway nights, only kids ages 4-12 in attendance will receive items. If a child two and under wants a giveaway, a ticket must be purchased.

HOMETOWN HERO
The RockHounds honor individuals who have made a lasting impact in our community during Thursday, Friday, and Saturday home games throughout the season.
If you have a Hometown Hero you would like to nominate to be recognized during a game, email Rylee Darnell. Please include your name, email, and phone number as well as your nominees' name, email, and phone number. Also, include a brief paragraph describing why you think your nominee is a Hometown Hero.

HOME RUN DOLLARS
When a RockHounds' player hits a home run, ushers and members of the front office staff will collect cash from the stands that will be rewarded to the player who hit the home run. The same happens when a RockHounds' player strikes out the side. Cash is the only form of payment accepted.
KIDS TICKETS
Children 2 years of age and under do not require tickets to enter Momentum Bank Ballpark for RockHounds games.
LAWN CHAIRS
Grass seating is available, and lawn chairs or blankets can be brought into the stadium.
LOST AND FOUND
During the game, any found items will be taken to the information station at the top of section 12. Items that go unclaimed will be taken to the front office.
LOST CHILDREN
During the game guests looking for a lost child should go to the information station , located on the main concourse behind Section 12 or alert any staff member or on-duty law enforcement officer.
MASCOT
Highlight your special event, party, or meeting with an appearance by Rocky the Rockhound, Juice the Moose, or Chip the Rock Hammer. Charity and school appearances are free. MEDIA REQUESTS
Requests from traditional media outlets (newspapers/magazines, radio stations, TV stations, and associated digital platforms) for the season and single-game credentials, interviews with Midland RockHounds players and staff, photos/logos, etc. can be directed to the Public Relations Department by calling 432-520-2255 or emailing [email protected]
NATIONAL ANTHEM PERFORMANCES
Requests for national anthem performers may be submitted to Rylee Darnell, Director of Promotions.
ON-FIELD GAMES
Fans can sign up to participate in on-field games at the contest booth on the first base concourse. Fans will enter the field at the end of the first or third base dugout for the contests. Members of the promotions crew will escort you on and off the field.
PARKING
Parking is free, and there are spaces available for over 3,500 cars and many buses. Included are reserved spaces for vehicles displaying disabled permits or tags. A reserved lot (B1) is also available for club, suite holders, and all box seat holders who purchased reserved parking passes at $150.00 for the season. The attendant will be at the lot until 8:30 p.m. (end of the fifth inning) or 9 p.m. for post-game events.
PETS
Pets are not allowed in the stadium. However, service animals (i.e. guide dogs for persons with sight disabilities) are permitted. Dogs are allowed in the ballpark for our Bark in the Park nights after filling out a required waiver. To view Bark in the Park dates you can visit the promotions page HERE
PHONES
Two courtesy phones are available free of charge. Local calls are permitted with a maximum time of two minutes per call. Suite and club holders will use the phone in the Diamond Club and all other fans will use the phone in the souvenir stand.
PICNIC AREAS
There are two private picnic areas in the stadium. One is in right field and one is located in left field, and both require advance reservations. Picnics include a meal and a reserved seat ticket to the ballgame.
All picnic fans should check in at the picnic check-in area before going to the picnic. In order to purchase alcoholic beverages, you must receive a wristband at the sheriff's station near the front gate before heading to your picnic, picnic bands do NOT count.

PLAYGROUND
The Hilliard Office Solutions playground is located in center field (near the jumbotron). Children must be accompanied by adults.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
Fans are PROHIBITED from bringing the following items into the ballpark:
- Beach balls or other inflatables
- Glass bottles
- Fireworks
- Firearms or other weapons (e.g., knives)
- Laser devices and pointers
- Skateboards and rollerblades
- Toy guns and knives (including water guns)
- Sticks and clubs
- Unmanned aerial vehicles
Additional items may be prohibited as deemed necessary by the RockHounds.
RADIO BROADCAST
All games home and away are broadcasted online (link provided on the website). Pre-game is 20 minutes prior to game time. Radio headsets and pocket radios are permitted if they do not interfere with other fans’ enjoyment of the game. RockHound games can also be seen on MiLB.tv.
RAIN CHECKS
Should five innings of one game not be played (except when the RockHounds are ahead after 4 ½ innings), the ticket stub for that game will become a valid Rain Check and may be exchanged for a ticket of the same value (subject to availability) for any regular season home game. Complimentary tickets and parking passes do not carry Rain Check privileges. There are no refunds for rainouts.
REFUNDS
Please confirm your game selection prior to purchase. Ticket purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Please check tickets before leaving the ticket office. If it is a group, try to reschedule. If unable to reschedule, a refund will be given, but this is the only situation where a refund will be allowed.
SEATING POLICY
Guests must sit in the appropriate seating section for which they hold a valid ticket. Sections include Club seats (behind home plate-sections 9-13), box seats (Sections 5-8 & 14-17), and reserved seats (Sections 1-4 & 18-20). Berm grass seating is general admission on a first-come-first-serve basis in the outfield and down the lines.
SECURITY
Security officers and uniformed personnel are stationed throughout the ballpark during all events.
SMOKING
Smoking in the stadium is only allowed in designated areas. The smoking area is near the third base gate. Smoking is prohibited in seating areas, restrooms, picnic areas, or the concourse. Suite holders’ smoking area is outside the back door on the suite level.
SPLASH PAD
The H.E.B Slash pad is open to the public, located in center field. Swimsuits are allowed and fans may bring in towels for the splash pad. All children must be accompanied by an adult. The splash pad is open to the public during the summer months.
STADIUM RE-ENTRY
Should a person need to exit the stadium and return to the game, the pass gate behind home plate should be used. Be sure that the game ticket is punched by a RockHounds associate at the pass gate to be able to re-enter.
STRIKEOUT DOLLARS
When a RockHounds' player strikes out the side, ushers and members of the front office staff will collect cash from the stands that will be rewarded to the player who hit the home run. The same when a RockHounds’ player hits a home run happens for Cash is the only form of payment accepted
SUITES
Momentum Bank Ballpark offers both nighty and season-long rentals of suites. Suites offer indoor and outdoor seating. RockHounds luxury suites can accommodate as many as 16 people. The RockHounds provide hostess service for the suite level of Momentum Bank Ballpark.

Ticket Exchange
Fans that purchase season tickets (club, box, reserved season, and mini-plans) can use their unused tickets for a future game in advance, (online or in the box office) and receive a ticket of equal or lesser value, based on availability.
Tickets must be exchanged by 12 p.m. the day of the expiring game.
If a patron exchanges a past game that is unscanned, they will receive a reserved ticket for Sunday through Wednesday games and a berm ticket for Thursday- through Saturday games. This may only be done through the box office. No exchanges are made for phone orders.
Ticket Scalping
Re-sale of RockHounds tickets is not permitted on the sports complex grounds.
TOURS
Have your school or group out for a tour of Momentum Bank Ballpark. Tours of the stadium are offered from April – August on Monday – Thursday from 8-11 a.m. Tours on game days must be scheduled before noon. Reserve a tour date and time by calling Jonathan Simmons at (432) 520-2255 or by e-mail at [email protected].
UMBRELLAS
Guests may bring small umbrellas if they do not interfere with other guests’ enjoyment of the game.
VOUCHERS
There are many vouchers for the season from various promotions and sponsors. All vouchers must be exchanged in the box office; none are exchanged over the phone. Please give a copy of all vouchers to the box office prior to the date of redemption.
WEAPONS
Weapons are not allowed inside the ballpark. This includes knives and firearms. As stated, firearms are not permitted at Momentum Bank Ballpark. This includes persons who hold a License to Carry (either a Concealed Carry or Open Carry license); per Section 30.06 and 30.07 of the Texas Penal Code, respectively.
WILL CALL WINDOW
The will-call window is located outside the main gate at the far-right ticket window. An ID should be shown when picking up tickets.
WIFI
The city of Midland offers free wifi within the stadium for all patrons.
