The Midland RockHounds are excited to offer the Scoring in Schools program to the students of the Permian Basin.
This 45-minute program allows two members of the RockHounds' front office to share their experiences in professional baseball with the kids while stressing the importance of four key concepts:
- Saying "no" to drugs;
- Staying in school;
- Working as a team;
- Being physically fit.
Each topic has an activity allowing for student involvement, and, at the conclusion of the program, each student receives a voucher for a free ticket to a future game. The program also includes an appearance by our mascots, Rocky RockHound!
The RockHounds are booking dates now for this exciting program. For more information or to book an event, please e-mail Jonathan Simmons or call him at (432) 520-2255, to find out how your school can have Rocky visit this year!
The program is free to any school, so reserve your date now!
