Buy and access your tickets, discover the next Rockhounds giveaway or ticket offer and enjoy the fun on gameday with easy ballpark entry. The MiLB app is a must for fans who want to stay informed and connected with the Rockhounds.

Setting Up Your Account / Logging In

When you download the MiLB App, you will need to create or log in with an MLB account. An MLB account is free and easy to create directly in the MiLB App or at this link.

How to login:

  1. Open the MiLB App on your phone.
  2. Log in to an existing MLB account or create a new account with the same email address used to buy your tickets.
  • If opening the app for the first time, follow the onboarding flow to log in and follow your team.
  • If you’ve skipped the onboarding flow, tap "My Tickets" from the Team tab and you'll be prompted to log in.

To access your tickets, you’ll need to follow your team. If you’re not following a team:

  1. Search for your team in the Discover tab and follow them.
  2. Navigate to the Team tab where you’ll be able to access your account and manage your tickets.

Buying Tickets

From the Team tab, you can select games for purchase from either the Featured or Upcoming Home Games section:

  1. Select the game of your choice from either section by tapping on that game. (If you wish to see a full list of games, tap “See All” next to "Upcoming Home Games".)
  2. Tap “Buy tickets” from the Game Details card.
  3. Use the interface to select the seats of your choice and complete your purchase.

Accessing Your Account

  1. From the Team tab, tap “My Tickets” (under “Quick Links”).
  2. If not logged in, you’ll be prompted to log in; otherwise, you’ll be taken directly to your ticket account. (Note: You must log in with the same email address used to buy your tickets.)
  3. Within your ticket account, tap “View Tickets” to view tickets for your next game or tap “View All Ticket Inventory” to view future game dates.
  4. A list of all tickets from your purchase for the selected game will display. Tap on each ticket to view and scan the individual barcode for that ticket. (You can also save tickets to your Apple or Google Wallet.)

Forwarding Your Tickets

  1. From the Team tab, tap “My Tickets” (under “Quick Links”).
  2. If not logged in, you’ll be prompted to log in; otherwise, you’ll be taken directly to your ticket account. (Note: You must log in with the same email address used to buy your tickets.)
  3. Within your ticket account, tap “View Tickets” to view tickets for your next game or tap “View All Ticket Inventory” to view future game dates.
  4. Find and select the date of the game for which you would like to forward tickets. A list of all tickets from your purchase for the selected game will display.
  5. Tap “Forward” at the bottom of the screen.
  6. Select the seats you would like to forward. Then, tap “Choose Friend” at the bottom of the screen to select the person you’d like to send tickets to.
  7. Select “Add Friend” to add a contact and enter that person’s information (name and email address) or select a recipient from your current list.
  8. Tap “Forward Tickets.” The recipient will be notified via the email address used that they now have tickets in their account. (Note: If your recipient does not have an MLB account, they will be prompted to create one when they receive their forwarded ticket.)
