ASHEVILLE- The Asheville Tourists and the Bowling Green Hot Rods played a double-header at McCormick Field on Thursday night. Bowling Green took Game One by a final score of 7-0 while Asheville bounced back in Game Two with a 3-2 victory.

GREENSBORO- The Asheville Tourists snapped a six-game road losing streak on Sunday afternoon with an impressive 4-2 victory over the Greensboro Grasshoppers. Nolan DeVos and Valente Bellozo combined to pitch 8.1 innings and the duo held the Grasshoppers to only one run.
Four Asheville Home Runs Help Sink Rome 8-3
ASHEVILLE- The Asheville Tourists won their sixth straight home game and eighth in their last 11 overall with an 8-3 victory over the Rome Braves Wednesday night. The Tourists fell behind 3-0 but reeled off eight unanswered. Ryan Clifford hit two of Asheville’s four Home Runs in the win.

DeVos Debuts with a Strong Start but without Run Support
ASHEVILLE- The Asheville Tourists were shutout by the Greenville Drive on Friday night, 8-0 at McCormick Field. Asheville has not scored a run in their last 17 innings which is the longest stretch of the season. Their current nine-game losing skid is also a season-long.
