The Round Rock Express are committed to bringing value to the surrounding community and sharing the organization's message and excitement with as many people as possible! We offer appearances from Spike, staff speaking engagements or Promo Team tabling at local events.
Requests must be submitted at least four weeks prior to the event and events must be less than 30 miles round trip from Dell Diamond. If selected, an Express representative will contact you to discuss possible costs, availability and guidelines. Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee an appearance.
Spike Appearances:
Spike is excited to make some new friends at your event!
- All Spike Appearances are limited to one hour with a 10-minute break if needed
- If there is inclement weather and the event is outdoors, Spike's appearance will be cancelled
- If selected, an Express representative will contact you to discuss rates, availability and guidelines
- Rates start at $200

Speaking Engagements:
Our staff would love to share our passion and experiences with our community. Speakers will be assigned to specific schools or organizations depending on the topic. Topics range from motivational speeches to careers in baseball and more.
- Minimum event size of 25 attendees
- Must be a school, nonprofit or for-profit organization
- If selected, an Express representative may contact you to discuss availability and guidelines

Promo Team Tabling:
Our Promo Team is ready to engage with your event attendees! Tabling consists of our Promo Team passing out items such as game schedules, plush baseballs and more at your event.
- Minimum event size of 100 attendees
