Full Season Seat Members and Weekend Season Seat Members
- Syracuse Mets Full Season and Weekend Seat Holders will receive account credit for payments made toward all 2020 Regular Season Games.
- Account Credit will be applied toward 2021 Ticket Membership Plans.
- Full Season and Weekend Seat Holders seeking a refund for 2020 Regular Season Games rather than account credit, can submit their request to Will Commisso, Director of Ticket Operations, at [email protected]
Full Season and Partial Season Suite Holders
- Syracuse Mets Full Season and Partial Season Suite Holders will receive account credit for payments made toward 2020 Regular Season Games.
- For Full Season Suite Holders, Account Credit will be applied toward 2021 Full Season Suite Plans.
- For Partial Season Suite Holders with tickets to impacted games, Account Credit can be applied toward 2021 Full or Partial Season Suite Plans.
- Full Season and Partial Season Suite Holders seeking a refund for 2020 Regular Season Games rather than account credit, can submit their request to Bill Ryan, Manager of Luxury Suites & Hospitality, at [email protected]
Group Tickets
- Syracuse Mets Group Ticket Purchasers will receive Account Credit for payments made toward 2020 Regular Season Games.
- Account Credit for payments made toward 2020 Regular Season Games can be applied toward rescheduling your Group Outing to a 2021 Regular Season Game.

Individual Game Tickets
- Syracuse Mets Individual Game Ticket Purchasers with tickets to 2020 Regular Season Games, can exchange those tickets at the Syracuse Mets Ticket Office for tickets to any Syracuse Mets 2021 Home Game within 1 year of the originally scheduled event the ticket was purchased for.
- Individual Game Ticket Holders seeking a refund for 2020 Regular Season Games rather than exchanging the tickets, can submit their request to Billy Scholten, Ticket Office Manager, at [email protected] .
- All exchanges are for tickets of equal or lesser value.
- All exchanges are subject to availability.
- All exchanges are final.
- Any tickets purchased from third party sites (anywhere other than SyracuseMets.com) should contact that site for their return/exchange policy.
Super Packs, Craft Beer Friday Packages, and Mangia Monday Packages
- Syracuse Mets Super Pack, Craft Beer Friday, and Mangia Monday Purchasers with tickets to 2020 Regular Season Games, can exchange those tickets and vouchers at the Syracuse Mets Ticket Office for a pack of equal value to any 2021 Home Game within 1 year of the originally scheduled event the ticket was purchased for.
- ONLY applicable to game dates in which the same promotion type is offered.
- Super Pack, Craft Beer Friday Package, or Mangia Monday Package Holders seeking a refund for 2020 Regular Season Games rather than exchanging the packages, can submit their request to Billy Scholten, Ticket Office Manager, at [email protected] .
- All exchanges are for packages of equal value.
- All exchanges are subject to availability.
- All exchanges are final.
Flex Plan and Flex Plan Plus Packages:
- Syracuse Mets Flex Plan and Flex Plan Plus Package purchasers can use their Ticket Vouchers, Parking Passes, and Food Vouchers for any Syracuse Mets 2021 Home Game.
- Flex Plan and Flex Plan Plus Package Holders seeking a refund for 2020 Flex Plans because of the impact of COVID-19 rather than using the Packages, can submit their request to Billy Scholten, Ticket Office Manager, at [email protected].
_Refund requests will be processed weekly starting Monday, July 6th through Monday, August 17th. _
After August 17th the team will assume that ticket holders want to renew or exchange their tickets for the 2021 season.
