Under New Jersey law (“The New Jersey Baseball Spectator Safety Act of 2006), a spectator of a baseball game assumes the risk of any injury to person or property resulting from any of the inherent dangers and risks of such activity and may not recover from an owner of a baseball team or an owner of a stadium where baseball is played for injury resulting from the inherent dangers and risks of observing baseball, including but not limited to, being struck by a baseball or a baseball bat.

We are generally able to respond to most texts fairly quickly, even during non business hours. However if you text us really late or really early, it may take us a little time to respond. Normal business hours are Monday – Thursday from 9am to 5pm, Friday from 9am to 3pm on non game days. On game days, we are open from 9am until the end of games to assist you.
What is the refund policy?
We do not offer refunds, but you can exchange your tickets for specific unused ticket dates found HERE. Season Ticket Holders can exchange their tickets for any game this season.
What is the minimum age that requires a ticket for entry into the ballpark?
Children three (3) and under do not need tickets unless they require their own seat. Everyone four (4) and up needs a ticket.
Are strollers allowed?
They are allowed, but they are not recommended to be brought in since there is no storage space for them.
Are umbrellas allowed?
Yes, as long as they don’t obstruct the view of other guests.
What is general admission?
When TD Bank Ballpark is sold out of reserved seating, we will sometimes open up a select amount of General Admission Tickets. General Admission is a ticket that allows entry into the ballpark. After the 2nd inning, you are allowed to sit in any empty seats. However, if someone comes with a ticket for those seats, you just have to move to other empty seats. We always have plenty of empty seats due to season ticket holders and groups not always showing up to every game. Our ushers can also help you find empty seats to sit in. We also ask you to keep in mind that there is no time limit for ticket holders to show up on sold out evenings, they may arrive at any time during the game.
What happens if a game gets officially rained out?
You will be able to exchange those tickets for any game of your choice during that same season.
Are dogs allowed?
With the exception of trained Service Dogs, no pets are allowed to be brought into the ballpark, unless specifically notated for certain games or events. We do have several Bark In The Park Days where Dogs are allowed to attend games with their owners. Can I bring food and drinks into the ballpark?
No outside food or beverages are allowed into the ballpark. However, we do allow one fully sealed plastic water bottle per person with the label ripped off. What time do the gates open?
The gates open one hour before the game starts. The 1st base gate opens one hour and thirty minutes before the game starts for Season Ticket Holders.
Is there an ATM in the ballpark?
There is an ATM located inside the ballpark near the team store.
Do you have a lost and found?
Lost and found is located at Customer Service (behind the press box on the main concourse).
How much is parking?
Parking is $5 per car (cash only)
Bus Parking $10 per bus (cash only)
How can I purchase tickets?
You can purchase tickets online, over the phone at 908-252-0700, or at the ticket office in person.
Which seats have the best shade?
For the majority of the season, the sun sets behind the first base side of the ballpark. So, the first base side gets shaded first for evening games that start between 5pm and 7pm. For day games that start between 11am and 1pm, the entire ballpark seating area will be in the sun.
Is there a private area for nursing moms to breast feed or pump?
Yes! Please visit our First Aid Office located in the Ticket Office Lobby and one of our staff members will be happy to assist you to get you to our nursing mom’s room.
Do you offer a military/veteran discount on tickets?
Yes! We offer a $2 discount on any ticket for all active duty military or veterans for any game. Just present your military ID at the box office window or call the box office at 908-252-0700 and ask about our military/veterans discount. Thank you for your service!
When does the concession stands close?
While some concessions carts/stands close during the game based on how busy it is, there will always be at least one of the main concessions stands open until the game ends. Alcohol sales end at the end of the 7th inning.
How does handicap seating work?
The last row of seats (on the main concourse level) in designated sections is set aside for handicap seating. We have ballpark seats or empty spaces large enough for a wheelchair (or folding chair). Handicap seats can only be purchased over the phone or in person at the ticket office.
What does the netting cover?
The netting goes all the way round the field and covers all sections in the regular seating bowl.
Does TD Bank Ballpark accept cash and/or credit cards?
We accept either cash or credit cards, however credit cards are strongly preferred.
Are there gluten-free options sold at concession stands?
Yes, there are gluten-free options.
Is TD Bank Ballpark also a bank?
No, we are not a bank.
Are there places to change a baby?
Yes, there are baby changing stations in all bathrooms.
Are there escalators or elevators located in the ballpark?
There is an elevator located inside the ballpark on the main concourse near the main gate/ticket office.
How can I get an announcement or message on the scoreboard during games?
Scoreboard messages can be done at the Customer Service Desk, inside the ballpark, on the day of the game that you will be attending.
All scoreboard messages will be a $10 Donation to Somerset Patriots Children’s Educational & Sportsmanship Foundation, a 501C3 Charity that assists many local area nonprofits with providing tickets for underprivileged kids, assisting in research grants for childhood illnesses and many other great causes in our area. Cash ONLY will be accepted at Customer Service. Messages must be received at Customer Service NO Later than the end of the 3rd Inning of the game. Rain-Out Policy
We make every effort to play games, however, if a game is officially rained out / postponed prior to it being an official game (5 complete innings) then all tickets for the rained out / postponed game may be exchanged at the TD Bank Ballpark Ticket Office for complimentary tickets to any remaining home game of the current season, subject to availability. Exchanges must be done in person at the box office on any date during posted box office hours.
Note: If a game is rescheduled as part of a double header, you must still exchange your tickets for a future game, your tickets DO NOT automatically become good for the rescheduled game. You may choose to select the reschedule date, but you must still exchange your tickets for the rescheduled game at the ticket office.
If you already have tickets to a game and it becomes a single admission double header, your tickets are good for both games of a single admission double header and you are welcome to come as soon as gates open for game one. If you cannot make it until later, your tickets are still yours
Fan Code of Conduct
In order to provide a welcoming experience for all, the Somerset Patriots and Major League Baseball have implemented a Fan Code of Conduct. Out of respect for fellow guests, players, coaches, and ballpark staff, all guests are prohibited from:
• Trespassing on the playing field at any time
• Interfering with baseballs that are in play
• Throwing or tossing objects
• Using foul, obscene or derogatory language (see below) or gestures
• Misusing or overconsuming alcohol, including, underage consumption
• Behaving in a manner that is disruptive, unruly, or abusive
• Accessing areas of the ballpark without a proper ticket, pass, or credential
• Misusing tickets, passes, or credentials in any way
• Bringing prohibited items into the ballpark (see list of prohibited items below)
Derogatory language is defined as offensive language concerning a person’s race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or national origin, and anyone using such language is subject to automatic ejection from the ballpark and subject to a ban from future games.
Violations of the Fan Code of Conduct will not be tolerated and may lead to ejection from the ballpark, a ban on attending future games, or other consequences. Guests who are found to have used derogatory language will be ejected from the ballpark.
Guests are encouraged to report violations of the Fan Code of Conduct to the nearest ballpark staff member. This can be done in person, at our Customer Service Desk or directly with the nearest Event Staff Team Member, Front Office Member, or Police Officer.
