The Worcester Red Sox are teaming up with The Hartford to celebrate 75 years of fire safety education through the Junior Fire Marshal program. The Junior Fire Marshal program takes life-saving lessons and makes them fun for kids to learn about fire safety. This season, kids of all ages will celebrate 75 years of this live-saving initiative in fun, interactive ways.
30 random fans will have the chance to enter to win 2 tickets to the game on Thursday, September 22nd. Winners will have an on-field experience during pre-game and then get to enjoy the game from a WooSox Hospitality Area.
On Saturday, August 20th, join us for Junior Fire Marshal Night at Polar Park where all children in attendance will receive a free Junior Fire Marshal helmet. Prior to the game, a select group of children will join members of the Worcester Fire Department on-field to take the fire safety pledge, along with all of our fans, and become deputized as official Junior Fire Marshals.
Fans at every WooSox home game will have the opportunity to win 2 tickets to the WooSox game on September 22nd by entering to win online. Fans can enter by scanning the QR Code attached to every Junior Fire Marshal branded ice cream helmet and at every concession stand that sells ice-cream at Polar Park. There is no purchase necessary to win the grand prize. If you are not purchasing ice cream, simply ENTER ONLINE HERE. A winner will be drawn September 6th; winners will be notified via email and phone for ticket distribution.
Join us on Saturday, August 20th for The Hartford Junior Fire Marshal Day at Polar Park. All kids in attendance will receive a Junior Fire Marshal helmet, and several children will be sworn in by the Chief of the Worcester Fire Department as Junior Fire Marshals on the field before the game!
