Shorebirds Ticket Exchange Policy

The following exchange policy only applies to paid tickets that are a part of a full season, half season, 12 game or 22 game memberships. All other tickets, including but not limited to group tickets, fundraiser tickets, Silver Slugger tickets and other individual game tickets are not exchangeable or refundable.

Tickets for future games that are a part of a Shorebirds’ ticket plan are exchangeable for a ticket of the same value to any 2025 Shorebirds’ home game, based on availability. ** All ticket exchange requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance to guarantee an exchange. **Ticket holders can request an exchange by emailing or calling their Shorebirds representative. For example, a ticket holder must request an exchange by Wednesday to exchange a ticket for a game on Saturday.
