Adam English serves as the Sounds' General Manager & Chief Operating Officer and oversees all day-to-day operations related to the ballclub.

A native of Lexington, Ky., English joined the Sounds in October 2021 after serving as the Vice President and General Manager for the Gwinnett Stripers, the Triple-A Affiliate of the Atlanta Braves. English was with the Stripers since November 2018.

Prior to his three seasons with Triple-A Gwinnett, English was previously with the Triple-A Sacramento River Cats from 2013-18. He started with Sacramento as the Director of Ticket Sales and received promotions to Senior Director of Ticket Sales and Vice President of Ticket Sales and Service.

English was with the Single-A Lexington Legends from 2010-13 as the Director of Ticket Sales and later the Assistant General Manager. He began his professional career in sports with Ripken Baseball in 2006.

English graduated from Transylvania University in Lexington with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He resides in Franklin with his wife, Kerstin, and their son, Truett.

Doug oversees all aspects of operations for the Sounds and First Horizon Park.

He initially joined the Sounds as an intern in February 2000 and was promoted to Vice President of Operations in January 2015 after previously serving a variety of roles.

Along with team ownership, Doug served as the Sounds' point person for the design, project management, and construction teams during the planning and development of state-of-the-art First Horizon Park, which opened in April 2015.

Doug was named by Ballpark Digest as the 2018 Minor League Baseball Executive of the Year. Previously, Scopel was honored by Minor League News as the 2006 P.R. Director of the Year.

Along with fellow senior management staff, Scopel played a pivotal role in helping the Sounds secure two highly-acclaimed industry awards: the 2022 Minor League Baseball Organization Of The Year and the 2019 Triple-A Bob Freitas Award, which recognizes franchises for their community involvement, long-term business success, and consistent operational excellence.

Prior to arriving in Nashville, he served as a media/community relations assistant for the Rancho Cucamonga (Cal.) Quakes.

A Pittsburgh native, Doug earned a journalism degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee. He is a current member of the Board of Directors for the Nashville R.B.I (Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities) program and serves as a mentor in the Belmont University Athletics Department's Career Mentoring Program. He and his wife, Michelle, have two children: daughter Bella and son Milo.

Katie is responsible for all of the Sounds' accounting functions, including payroll. In addition, she assists with the administration of human resource programs and policies for the team

She was promoted to her current role in May 2021 after previously serving as the Sounds' Director of Retail since 2013.

Katie lives in Nashville with her husband, Sam. She is originally from New York City and graduated from Furman University with a Health and Exercise Science degree.

Kevin is responsible for selling season tickets and partial plan memberships, group tickets and premium hospitality areas as well as providing customer service for Sounds fans with ticket related questions at First Horizon Park. He joined the Sounds in May 2019 and promoted to his current position of Director of Ticket Sales in December of 2021.

Prior to the Sounds, Kevin served as the Corporate Sales Manager at the Peoria Chiefs where he built corporate partnerships for businesses in the Peoria Area. He spent three seasons working in various sales roles in the Chiefs front office. Kevin began his sports career as a Front Office Intern with the Quad City Mallards of the ECHL in 2015.

Kevin graduated from Augustana College with a Bachelors in Business with concentration in Marketing and Business Management, and is originally from Spring Grove, IL. In his free time, he enjoys playing baseball, going to concerts, and hanging out with friends. His favorite sport teams are the Chicago Cubs, Blackhawks, and Bears.

Kyle, who joined the Sounds in August 2019, is responsible for providing support to our fans at the box office and assisting our ticket sales and service teams with various initiatives.

Prior to the Sounds, Kyle served as the Ticket Sales Manager with the Lexington Legends. He also spent a year working for the Atlanta Braves, his childhood favorite team. Kyle previously worked for the Sounds at Greer Stadium from 2007-08 serving as a Ticket Office Assistant. 

Kyle graduated from the University of Tennessee with an MBA and Masters in Recreation and Sport Management as well as a Bachelors Degree in Sport Management and is originally from Hendersonville, Tennessee. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, playing softball and maintains a bottle cap collection of over 2,500 bottle caps. His favorite sports team is the Atlanta Braves. 

Sarah is responsible for selling season ticket and partial plan memberships, group tickets and premium hospitality areas as well as providing customer service for Sounds fans with ticket-related questions at First Horizon Park.

She was promoted to her current role in September 2023 after joining the team as a Ticket Sales Representative in February of that year.

Prior to joining the team, Norton worked with the Colorado Rockies as a Guest Services Representative for the 2022 season.

Sarah attended Central Arizona College from 2019-21 and received her Associate's Degree in Business. In 2023, she received her bachelor's in Sport Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver. Sarah played softball for both the Vaqueras and the Roadrunners.

A Glendale, Arizona native, Sarah enjoys reading, watching sports and spending time with friends. Her favorite teams are the Denver Nuggets, Colorado Avalanche and Arizona Diamondbacks.

John is responsible for selling season ticket and partial plan memberships, group tickets and premium hospitality areas as well as providing customer service for Sounds fans with ticket-related questions at First Horizon Park.

He was promoted to his current role in September 2023 after initially joining the Sounds' front office as a Ticket Sales Representative in January 2023. Prior to joining the team in a full-time capacity, John spent part of the 2021 and the full 2022 season as a fan host at First Horizon Park.

Prior to joining the Sounds, John was a tournament operations intern for the Ripken Experience in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. He also worked with NC State Athletics in their game operations department while in college.

John graduated from North Carolina State University in 2021 with a Bachelor's of Science in Sport Management. He is originally from Roswell, Georgia. John enjoys spending time outdoors, going to the gym and watching sports with his friends. His favorite teams are the Atlanta Braves, Atlanta Falcons, NC State Wolfpack and Georgia Bulldogs.

Carson plays an essential role in the daily operations of the Ticket Office. He is responsible for providing support to fans at the box office and assisting the Ticket Sales and Ticket Services departments with various initiatives. He joined the Sounds in December 2023.

Prior to joining the Sounds, Carson served as an Event Coordinator with Alliance Sports Marketing in Nashville. He also worked in the University of Tennessee Athletics department as a media relations intern in 2022 and as a ticket sales representative in 2019.

Carson graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management. He attended Western Kentucky University for the first year of college before becoming a Volunteer. Outside of work, Carson enjoys playing basketball, tennis and going on hikes. His favorite sports teams are the Tennessee Titans, Tennessee Volunteers, Los Angeles Lakers and Los Angeles Dodgers.

Jeff Hem continues to serve as the "Voice of the Sounds" for the 2024 season. He enters his 13th year in Music City and his 19th overall season behind the microphone.

In 2012, Hem arrived in Nashville with eight seasons and over 1,100 games of professional baseball experience under his belt. He spent the previous seven seasons with the Single-A Kane County Cougars of the Midwest League, including 2009 when the Cougars, then an A's affiliate, were managed by former Sounds skipper Steve Scarsone.

Career highlights for Hem include making his regular season Major League broadcast debut in June 2018 with the Oakland A's for a doubleheader at the Chicago White Sox, being part of the radio broadcast team for the 2018 Triple-A All-Star Game in Columbus, Ohio, and calling the inaugural game at First Horizon Park on April 17, 2015. While with the Cougars, he also enjoyed the opportunity to call two minor league games at Wrigley Field in Chicago and Busch Stadium in St. Louis.

His additional duties for the Sounds include sponsorship and corporate sales and performing public speaking engagements. In the offseason, Hem continues to call the play-by-play action for several college and high school games on television and radio.

A native of Aurora, Illinois, and a graduate of the University of Iowa, Hem began his broadcasting career while in college before completing an internship with the Battle Creek Yankees en route to gaining his position with Kane County. He and his wife, Alissa, reside in Hendersonville with their two children.

Jay is responsible for the development of new corporate partnerships and managing a book of current partners for the Sounds at First Horizon Park.

He took on his current role in November 2023 after previously serving as an Account Executive for the Sounds.

Prior to the Sounds, Jay served as a Senior Account Executive with the New Hampshire Fisher Cats where he created business relationships through making memories and assisting in driving business for his clients. He also spent one year with the Daytona Beach Tortugas of the Florida State League.

Jay graduated from Daytona State College with a bachelor's degree in Supervision and Management, with a minor in Project Management. He is originally from Land O Lakes, Florida. In his free time, Jay enjoys golfing, traveling and watching live sports and shows. His favorite teams are the Florida Gators, Super Bowl Champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers, back-to-back Stanley Cup Champion Tampa Bay Lightning, Tampa Bay Rays and the Boston Celtics.

Benjamin will play an essential role in the daily operations of the corporate partnership sales and service departments. He will interact with clients and internal departments to fulfill contractual obligations, actively assist with all aspects associated with the implementation, development and retention of all corporate partners at First Horizon Park.

Prior to the Sounds, Benjamin served as Partnership Coordinator with the Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC where he helped manage a portfolio of 60+ club sponsors as they moved into a brand new downtown stadium. After graduating, he also spent about a year working for a Kansas City ticket broker – Tickets For Less. Benjamin also had numerous internships during college including West Ham United, Sporting Kansas City, the Colorado Rapids, Mizzou Athletics and Air Force Athletics.

Benjamin graduated from the University of Colorado – Colorado Springs with a Bachelor of Science in Business – Sport Management and is originally from Kansas City, Missouri. In his free time, he enjoys playing and watching sports, especially soccer and baseball. His favorite teams are Sporting Kansas City, the Kansas City Royals, Kansas City Chiefs, and Mizzou.

Rae is responsible for making sure every fan in First Horizon Park has an entertaining experience. She oversees all pre-game ceremonies, on-field promotions, post-game activities and giveaways, among other duties. She was promoted to her current role in June 2024.

She initially joined the Sounds in March of 2022 as a Brand Ambassador and was promoted to the team's Group Theme Coordinator that November.

Prior to joining the team, Rae served on the Energy Team with the Nashville Predators, where she helped with in-game production at Bridgestone Arena and made appearances at community events throughout the 2021-2022 season. She is also in her second season with the Nashville Soccer Club as the Mascot Handler.

Rae graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a degree in Communications and is originally from Shakopee, Minnesota. She enjoys going to local coffee shops, record stores, concert venues, reading, and exploring Tennessee waterfalls and hiking trails in her free time. Her favorite sports teams are the Minnesota Timberwolves, Watertown Red Devils, U of M Golden Gophers, Nashville Soccer Club, and Knoxville Ice Bears.

Rae wants to give a special shoutout to her mom, LuAnn, for being the reason she fell in love with baseball!

Buddy enters his 25^th year with the Nashville Sounds oversees all game and non-game related activities pertaining to Booster, the Sounds' mascot.

Buddy enjoys meeting new people and talking about the Nashville Sounds. In his spare time, he loves to relax with his wife, Ashley, and their three children: Rebecca, Callix, and Coralie.

Originally from Beaver County, Pa. Buddy is a diehard Pittsburgh Steelers and Pirates fan.

Sam assists in the production of all games and other events at First Horizon Park. He joined the Sounds in February 2024.

Before joining the Sounds, Sam worked as a broadcast producer and graphics coordinator for ESPN college control rooms, namely the University of Georgia. Other stops included 2-time Sports Emmy nominee Fan Controlled Football, syndicated TV, and hosting trivia.

Sam graduated from UGA in 2021 with a bachelor’s in Journalism and completed the Carmical Sports Media Certificate program.

Outside of work, he enjoys being a student of the game (watching more sports), spinning vinyl records, and spending time with his dog, Finn.

Since the age of 6, Sam has been a die-hard Atlanta Braves fan, staying up past bedtime to sneak and watch any game he could on TV. He couldn’t be more excited to have a front row seat now with 10,000 of the best fans in baseball.

Neil oversees the Sounds' creative vision with emphasis on digital animation and video production projects. Promoted to the position in 2023, he joined the sounds in 2019 as the Video Production Manager.

Neil has spent 10 years in minor league baseball with previous stops at the Corpus Christi Hooks and Great Lakes Loons. He graduated from Central Michigan University with a Broadcasting and Cinematic Arts degree and is originally from Alma, Michigan.

He enjoy spending time with his family, watching sports, and searching for great bourbon, coffee, and craft beer. Neil resides in Gallatin Tennessee with his wife, Nicole, and their dog Maisie. They are expecting their first daughter in 2024. His favorite sport teams are Chelsea FC, Central Michigan Chippewas, Detroit City FC, US Men's and Women's National soccer teams, Green Bay Packers, Pittsburgh Penguins, Los Angeles Angels, Dallas Mavericks

Drew is responsible for the club's print and digital design efforts, including sales and marketing collateral, social media graphics and ballpark signage.

He joined the Sounds in December 2022. Prior to the Sounds, Drew served as the Graphic Design Manager with the Rome Braves where he designed all print and digital media and oversaw the Press Box and Control Room. He also spent three seasons with the Tennessee Smokies.

Drew graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Sports Management bachelor's degree and is originally from nearby Mt. Juliet. In his free time, Drew enjoys spending time with his wife (Amanda), dog (Jordy) and cat (Flynn). He can also be seen on the hardwood at your local YMCA. His favorite sports teams are the Tennessee Volunteers, Green Bay Packers, Atlanta Braves and Nashville Predators.

Anna assists our creative department with print and digital design efforts, including sales and marketing collateral, social media graphics and ballpark signage. She joined the Sounds in 2023.

Prior to joining the Sounds, Anna was a graphic designer and digital media coordinator for A3 Athletics Sports Agency and A.B.C. Sports Foundation. She attended Texas A&M University where she received her Bachelor's Degree, minoring in Graphic Design and Sports Management. She received her Master's of Sports Administration from Belmont University.

Outside of working in baseball, Anna enjoys traveling, watching sports and painting. Her favorite teams are the Dallas Cowboys, Texas A&M Aggies, Kansas City Chiefs and Nashville Sounds.

Wade is responsible for the management of the Team Pro Shop at First Horizon Park. He places the orders for the merchandise displayed in the shop and manages a select staff to help out on game days. He is also responsible for online orders and designing the apparel. He joined the Sounds in February 2016.

Prior to the Sounds, Wade Becker served as the Director of Merchandise for the Daytona Tortugas of the Florida State League, where he oversaw all retail operations of the Tortugas for two years. He also spent four years working for Dick's Sporting Goods.

Wade graduated from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs with a degree in History and is originally from Conifer, Colorado. In his free time, he enjoys playing with his dogs, seeing movies and attending concerts. His favorite sport teams are the Colorado Rockies, Denver Broncos and the Oklahoma Sooners.

Frank is responsible for assisting in all facets of the Nashville Sounds Pro Shop at First Horizon Park. He is also responsible for assisting with online orders and design.

He joined the Sounds in February 2022 and was promoted to his current role that September.

Prior to the Sounds, Frank served as a Sales Representative at Rockstar Energy/PepsiCo, where he managed PepsiCo storefronts in the Milwaukee and Northern Illinois areas. He also spent three years working for the Marquette University Spirit Shop.

Frank graduated from Marquette University with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Human Resources and is originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, fishing and seeing live music. His favorite sports teams are the Nashville Sounds, Milwaukee Brewers, Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Bucks, Marquette Golden Eagles and Minnesota Wild.

Sierra oversees the creation and successful development of the non-game day special events held year-round at First Horizon Park.

She joined the Sounds in January 2017 as an account executive and was promoted to Business Development Manager in November 2018 before being named to her current role in March 2021.

Prior to the Sounds, Sierra served as an Inside Sales Representative at the Orange Bowl Committee, where she sold tickets/premium products for the Orange Bowl game. She also spent a season working for the West Virginia Power of the South Atlantic League.

Sierra graduated from Maryville College with a bachelor's degree in business marketing and is originally from Valrico, Florida. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and watching her favorite TV series. Her favorite sport teams are the San Diego Padres, Tampa Bay Rays and Tampa Bay Lightning.

Hannah oversees the stadium operations department for the Sounds, including the supervision of ballpark cleanliness and maintenance, parking staff, and security personnel for baseball games and other events held at First Horizon Park.

She was promoted to her current role in March 2022 after initially joining the Sounds in 2020.

Prior to the Sounds, Hannah served as an intern with the Nashville Sports Council where she helped in events and ticketing. She also spent two summers working for the Iowa Cubs in stadium operations.

Hannah graduated from Wartburg College with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and is originally from Jefferson, Iowa. In her free time, she enjoys baking, playing sports and listening to country music. Her favorite sports teams are the Iowa State Cyclones, the Wartburg Knights and the Chicago Cubs.

Caleb assists the stadium operations department for the Sounds, including the supervision of ballpark cleanliness and maintenance, parking staff, and security personnel for baseball games and other events held at First Horizon Park.

He was promoted to his current role in March 2022. Caleb joined the team in a full-time capacity in October 2017 after serving as a seasonal operations associate during the 2016 & 2017 baseball seasons.

Prior to the Sounds, Caleb served as a Stadium Operations Intern with the River City Rascals where he was responsible for ballpark maintenance, cleanliness, and assisting the grounds crew. He also spent a semester working for the St. Charles Chill.

Caleb graduated from Lindenwood University with a bachelor's degree in Sports Management and is originally from Rolla, Missouri. In his free time, he enjoys listening to records, learning guitar, and going to shows. His favorite teams are the St. Louis Cardinals, Pittsburgh Steelers, Detroit Red Wings, San Antonio Spurs, and AFC Wimbledon.

Diana assists the stadium operations department for the Sounds, including the supervision of ballpark cleanliness and maintenance, parking staff, and security personnel for baseball games and other events held at First Horizon Park.

She joined the Sounds in November 2022 after spending the 2022 season as the Stadium Operations Manager for the Biloxi Shuckers.

Diana originally hails from Iowa. In her free time, she loves traveling, eating good food, and re-watching her favorite movies and TV shows. Her favorite sports teams to follow are the Iowa Hawkeyes, the New England Patriots, and the Panamá national soccer team.

Matthew assists the stadium operations department for the Sounds, including the supervision of ballpark cleanliness and maintenance, parking staff, and security personnel for baseball games and other events held at First Horizon Park.

Matthew joined the Sounds in January 2024. He also worked as a fan host with the Sounds in 2022. Matthew worked at the University of North Alabama in the athletic department as a Ticket Operations and Sales Coordinator. He graduated from the University of North Alabama and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management.

Outside of work, Matthew enjoys golfing, working out and being with friends and family. His favorite sports teams are the Chicago White Sox, the Chicago Bears and Chicago Bulls.

Thomas Trotter is responsible for the maintenance and management of the playing field and landscaping around the stadium. Field maintenance includes the outfield turf, infield turf and dirt, and the warning track.

Under his stewardship, the field at Greer Stadium was honored as the recipient of the 2011 Professional Field of the Year Award for the state of Tennessee by the Tennessee Turfgrass Association. He earned the same award from the Tennessee Turfgrass Association for the field at First Horizon Park in 2016.

He joined the Sounds in April 2009. His previous experience in professional baseball include stints with the Louisville Bats (2006-09) and San Diego Padres (2005).

Originally from Greenville, S.C., Thomas is a graduate of Clemson University. He and his wife, Becky, reside in Gallatin with their daughter, Davis.

Shay joined the Sounds prior to the start of the 2016 season and is responsible for assisting with the maintenance and management of the playing field and landscaping around the ballpark. Field maintenance includes the outfield turf, infield turf and dirt, and the warning track.

In his spare time Shay enjoys fishing, dong jiu-jitsu and spending time with his family. He resides with his wife and daughter in Lebanon, Tenn.

Kris is responsible for assisting with the maintenance and management of the playing field and landscaping around the ballpark. Field maintenance includes the outfield turf, infield turf and dirt, and the warning track.

He joined the Sounds in a full-time capacity in April 2024 after serving as a seasonal groundskeeping assistant during the 2022 and 2023 seasons.

Matt joined the Sounds prior to the 2014 season. He oversees the clubhouse and equipment operations at First Horizon Park during the playing season.

Matt has been working as a clubhouse manager in professional baseball since 2003. Prior to arriving in Music City, he spent the previous seven seasons at the Triple-A level, managing clubhouses in Louisville (2007-12) and Scranton/Wilkes-Barre (2013). He began his pro career with four seasons in the Tampa Bay Rays organization from 2003-06.

Matt has served as a clubhouse manager during each of the last four World Baseball Classics, working with the Cuban and South African teams in 2009, the Brazilian team in 2013, the Italian team in 2017, and overseeing the entire clubhouse operation for the Tokyo, Japan site in 2023.

When not at the ballpark, Matt resides in Alabama with his wife, Hope, and their two children: daughter Vera Grace and son Jack.

Patrick, who joined the staff in 2014, serves as the Sounds' visiting clubhouse manager during the baseball season.

Prior to joining the Sounds, Patrick worked as the assistant clubhouse manager for the Louisville Bats from 2007-2012 and the assistant clubhouse manager for the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders in 2013. He has an MBA from McKendree University and holds an Athletic Equipment Manager Association certificate.

Outside of baseball, Patrick enjoys spending time with his wife Abby and son Ashton. He also enjoys walks with his dog, Penny, and playing video games. His favorite teams are the Detroit Lions and Michigan Wolverines.

Griffin serves as the Sounds' umpire clubhouse attendant and also provides assistance in both the home and visiting clubhouses during the playing season. He joined the Sounds in 2024.

Chuck provides assistance in both the home and visiting clubhouses during the playing season. He has worked for the Sounds since 2018.

Chuck graduated from Schreiner University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is originally from Cayuga, Texas. Following a long career as a property claims adjuster, he is appreciative of his second act as a clubbie. In his spare time, Chuck enjoys land management, woodworking, being a volunteer firefighter, and all aspects of minor league baseball. He and his wife, Suzanne, reside in Burns, Tenn.

Buddy Richardson is the General Manager for the Nashville Sounds' Food and Beverage team provided by Sodexo Live!, joining the company in 2017. He has direct supervision over a staff of 250+ who help with concessions, vending, suites, catering and other various game day needs.

He was promoted to his current position in May 2021 after previously serving as Restaurant Manager at First Horizon Park, a role in which he managed the operation of The Band Box. Prior to the Nashville Sounds, Buddy spent six years as the manager of Paradise Park Trailer Resort on Broadway in Downtown Nashville.

Buddy grew up in Bunker Hill, Indiana and graduated from Ball State University with a degree in Restaurant and Hospitality Management. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, playing video games and spending time with his family.

He and his wife Rachel have two children, Evelyn and Harlan.

Chad started with the Sounds in 1996 as a Bat Boy, and then in 1997-2009 he worked in the commissary as a cook and runner with the Sounds. From 2010-2019 he was the Vending Manager until being promoted to the Purchasing/Warehouse Manager in August of 2019.

Chad is originally from Nashville. He graduated from Trevecca Nazarene University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Sports Management and a minor in Coaching. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors, spending time with family and friends, cooking, playing and watching sports, attending concerts and sporting events, traveling, and entertaining his two children, Beau and Iris. Chad's favorite sports teams are the Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Brewers, Nashville Predators, Detroit Red Wings and the Milwaukee Bucks.

Pete Sarantakos works for Sodexo Live! as the Concessions Manager and oversees concessions operations at First Horizon Park. He joined the Sodexo staff full-time in May 2015.

He originally joined the Sodexo family at Herschel Greer Stadium in 2010 after spending 10 years traveling the country "searching for the sound". He was also a Level Lead at Nissan Stadium with Sodexo in the baseball offseason until 2014.

Pete graduated from Murray State University with a BS in Business Management and grew up in Paducah, Kentucky. In his free time he enjoys traveling, gardening, and exploring Nashville's musical offerings. He enjoys rooting for the Nashville Predators, and the University of Kentucky basketball.

Alley Benefield works for Sodexo Live! as the Office Manager.

Alley graduated from Martin Methodist College with a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management and Physical Education with a minor in Biology.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with my friends and family, watching sports, and playing golf. Her favorite sports teams are the New York Giants, LA Dodgers, and the Tennessee Vols.

Nikyra works for Sodexo Live! as the Staffing Manager at First Horizon Park. She joined the team in December 2022.

Prior to joining Sounds, Nikyra worked at the Amazon's HR Regional Center as a lead.

Nikyra graduate from the University of Tennessee Knoxville with a Bachelors in Science in Business Administration with a collateral in HR and Middle Tennessee State University with a Master’s in Business Administration.
