In 2004, driven by the vision of being part of something greater, the Sounds established The Nashville Sounds Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

The Nashville Sounds Foundation is hosting the Sounds Scramble at Hermitage Golf Course Monday, May 12! Sounds fans have the opportunity to raise funds for the Nashville Sounds Foundation while playing a round of golf with friends and Sounds players, coaches or alums.
The Nashville Sounds are proud to support local organizations through our Charity Ticket Fundraising Program. This initiative offers nonprofits, schools, and community groups the opportunity to raise funds by selling discounted game tickets to their supporters.
On select home games at First Horizon Park, the Sounds and MTSU Daniels Center will honor veterans, active members of the armed forces, paramedics, emergency medical technicians, police officers and firefighters.

The Sounds' Fun Zone is located on the first-base side of the ballpark concourse near right field. The area features a large slide, Wiffle Ball Field, 9-hole Mini Golf Course and a speed pitch. All proceeds of the Fun Zone benefit the Nashville Sounds Foundation.

The Sounds, in partnership with Habitat of Greater Nashville, have committed a $50,000 investment toward renovating the Parkwood Ballfields.

The Sounds announced the donation of the book “Home Plate: Henry Kimbro" to every public middle and high school of Metro Nashville Public Schools.

In 2018, the Nashville Sounds Foundation (NSF) programs and events raised over $71,000.00 to positively impact non-profit organizations across Middle Tennessee. Our players and front office staff have dedicated over 2,860 hours of service to community organizations and partners since 2016. During October, the Nashville Sounds Foundation hosts Suites-N-Treats where over 1,300 children have been provided with a fun and safe space to trick-or-treat since 2015.
