This experience offers you a chance to step into the batter’s box at First Horizon Park and swing for the fences just like Nashville Sounds players! The Sounds offer the exclusive opportunity for groups of 10 to 25 to rent First Horizon Park for private group batting practice sessions throughout the year.

Participants must be 5 years or older. Spectators are not permitted within First Horizon Park concourse, seating bowl or playing field. A viewing deck at Third and Home is available Thursdays through Sundays.
Fans interested in making a reservation can do so by completing our Batting Practice at First Horizon Park reservation form. After filling out the online form, a member of the Sounds staff will be in touch to discuss booking, waivers, safety measures and possible add-ons.
An additional 30 minutes is $300.
BP bookings are a rain or shine event. If inclement weather occurs during your event, the Sounds front office will provide groups access to the Sounds indoor climate controlled batting cages. If the field is wet due to past inclement weather, your event is still good to go, but will be switched to inside the batting cage. The Sounds staff will communicate in advance when the field conditions are unplayable.
Tax not included.
Less than a minute from where groups will be taking batting practice sits Third and Home, Germantown's bar with a ballpark.
The restaurant/bar offers a classic food and drink menu that is perfect for any post-BP celebration. In addition, the patio facing the field makes a great BP observation deck for bar patrons.
Reminder: All BP participants will receive a $5 gift card voucher for Third and Home. And if you time it right, catch Happy Hour from 4-7p Wednesday through Friday.
Guests are strongly encouraged to bring their own bats and batting helmets, batting gloves, and water/canteen. All batters will be required to wear a helmet. Helmets of various sizes will be available and provided to guests who do not bring their own.
