Mobile Ticketing

Access your Sounds Tickets on mobile to use your tickets on game day!

Your mobile wallet is also equipped to help you transfer and resell your tickets with ease.

Follow these steps to create a Ticketmaster Account:

STEP 1 - Open My Sounds Tickets by clicking the button to the left.

STEP 2 - Click "Sign In" in the top right corner to prompt a pop up window.

STEP 3 - At the bottom, click the area that says "New To Ticketmaster? Sign Up" to create your account.

Follow these steps to create a Ticketmaster Account:

STEP 1 - Open the Sounds Ticket Wallet by clicking the button or wallet above.

STEP 2 - Click "Sign In" in the top right corner to prompt a pop up window.

STEP 3 - At the bottom, click the area that says "New To Ticketmaster? Sign Up" to create your account.

Sell Your Tickets

STEP 1 - Log in to My Account Manager and select "Manage My Tickets."

STEP 2 - Choose 'select an event'.

STEP 3 - Select 'Sell' within the dropdown. (Note: Not all events and/or seats are eligible to be posted for sale).

STEP 4 - Select seats that you wish to sell and once satisfied, click 'continue' to proceed into the post for sale process.

Within minutes, your tickets will be posted on the Nashville Sounds Ticket Exchange. If the ticket is sold, your account will be credited, and your original ticket will no longer be valid.

Note: Do not destroy or discard your original tickets until sale of the tickets has been confirmed.

Transfer Your Tickets

STEP 1 - Log into your Sounds Account Manager and select the event you wish to manage.

STEP 2 - Select the "Transfer to a Friend" option and the seats you wish to transfer.

STEP 3 - Click "Continue" to enter the recipient's information.

Once completed, an email invite will be sent to the recipient to accept or decline the tickets. If accepted, your original ticket will no longer be valid. You will receive an email confirmation when the recipient either accepts or declines the transfer invite.

To complete any of the following actions, you will need have your Ticketmaster account information ready and log in only when prompted.

Using Your Tickets


STEP 1

Select "Manage My Tickets"

STEP 2

Select the appropriate event ticket

STEP 3

Select seat to access barcode(s)

STEP 4

Display white barcode box upon entry


TRANSFER YOUR TICKETS


STEP 1

Select "Manage My Tickets" followed by the appropriate event


STEP 2

Select "MORE" to display a pop up window and then select "TRANSFER".


STEP 3

Indicate the seat/s you are wanting to transfer, then tap CONTINUE


STEP 4

Enter the intended recipients information into the required fields, then select "Transfer" to complete the process.


Once completed, an email invite will be sent to the recipient to accept or decline the tickets. If accepted, your original ticket will no longer be valid. You will receive an email confirmation when the recipient either accepts or declines the transfer invite.


SELL YOUR TICKETS


STEP 1

Select "Manage My Tickets" followed by the appropriate event

Select "MORE" to display a pop up window and then select "SELL".

EXCHANGE YOUR TICKETS


STEP 1

Select "Manage My Tickets" followed by the appropriate event

Select the event you are wishing to attend and exchange with your selected tickets.
